Page 1 The Sun Bay Paper The United States finds itself at a critical juncture as the demand for electricity skyrockets, propelled by the surge in data centers and clean technology manufacturing across the nation. This surge is stretching the limits of the country’s aging power grid, leaving utilities and regulators grappling with the challenge of expanding infrastructure to meet the escalating need for electricity. However, there’s no mystery surrounding the origins of this predicament; the reason is glaringly evident. America finds itself in this situation due to shortsighted and frankly misguided public policies implemented by politicians who prioritize the demands of political campaigns above all else. This elucidates how congressional Democrats, strictly adhering to party lines in both the Senate and House, enacted the Orwellian “Inflation Reduction Act” into law. This legislation kick-started numerous power-intensive projects and accelerated the rapid expansion of electric vehicles, posing an imminent threat of overwhelming the grid. These decisions have systematically restricted the capacity of power providers to construct dependable, Peter Ennis and Ray Donovan from Snug Harbor Restaurant and Wahoo Willie’s recently presented Drew Yelle and Diane Clifton of the Fort Myers Beach Lion’s Club with a $1,000 check for this year’s Shrimp Festival. The generous donation highlights the ongoing community support from these local businesses. The Fort Myers Beach LIONS Club organized the offi cial Shrimp Festival ‘Shrimp Crawl’ from March 4th to March 10th. This year, the club adapted to a new location that precluded their traditional shrimp boil. To compensate, the LIONS Club partnered with local restaurants and bars to off er a week-long shrimp feast featuring the local #PinkGold shrimp. This year’s event saw participation from 16 beach businesses, including Wahoo Willie’s and Snug Harbor Restaurant, which committed to donating a portion of their proceeds to aid local community eff orts. Page 3 April 19, 2024 Lee County, Florida, is set to undergo a signifi cant transformation with the commencement of the Ortiz Avenue Widening Project. Spearheaded by Lee County’s contractor, OHLA USA, this ambitious initiative aims to enhance transportation infrastructure and accommodate the burgeoning needs of the community. The project, slated to commence this month, will see Ortiz Avenue undergo a substantial expansion from Colonial Boulevard to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. The primary objective of this endeavor is to widen the existing roadway, which currently comprises two lanes, into a more robust four-lane thoroughfare. Additionally, the project entails the establishment of crucial pedestrian amenities, such as a 6-foot sidewalk along the east side of the road and a 10-foot paved trail on the west side. These enhancements are poised to not only bolster pedestrian safety but also promote recreational activities and community connectivity. Identifi ed as a Tier 1 project by the Lee Board of County Commissioners, the Ortiz Avenue Widening Project underscores the county’s unwavering commitment to proactive infrastructure development. The inclusion of on-road bike lanes, new street lighting, and a grass median to segregate traffi c underscores the meticulous planning and foresight invested in this initiative. Notably, the roundabout intersection with Hanson Street will remain unaff ected by the construction activities, preserving its functionality amidst the transformative changes. Furthermore, the scope of the project extends beyond surface-level enhancements, encompassing comprehensive drainage improvements and stormwater management facilities. In line with sustainable development practices, the project also incorporates the installation of new water mains and sewer facilities, catering to the evolving needs of Lee County and the City of Fort Myers. The execution of the Ortiz Avenue Widening Project will be meticulously orchestrated to minimize disruptions to daily commuters and residents. The contractor will adopt a phased approach to construction, endeavoring to maintain one lane open in each direction during peak hours. While two-way traffi c will be sustained throughout the project duration, intermittent fl agging operations may be necessitated to facilitate construction activities and ensure safety compliance. Anticipated to reach completion in the spring of 2026, the Ortiz Avenue Widening Project represents a substantial investment in Lee County’s future. With an estimated cost of approximately $31 million, this endeavor symbolizes the county’s proactive stance in fostering sustainable growth and enhancing the quality of life for its residents. As construction commences, stakeholders are poised to witness the gradual transformation of Ortiz Avenue into a modern, effi cient, and pedestrian-friendly thoroughfare, poised to cater to the evolving needs of the community for years to come. April 19, 2024 The Sun Bay Paper Page 4 Editorial Strategic Missteps at LPAMeeting Threaten Moss Marina’s Transformation The recent proceedings at the Fort Myers Beach Local Planning Agency (LPA) highlighted the ongoing challenges Ben Freeland and his team faced as they endeavored to transform Moss Marina into the Arches Bayfront, a sprawling 400-room luxury hotel project. Despite the potential to signifi cantly bolster the local economy, the developers stumbled, failing to secure the necessary backing during the crucial LPA meeting—a result that can be seen as nothing short of a strategic misstep. A drawing of what the Arches Bayfront redevelopment of Moss Marina would look like with three hotels. Drawings provided courtesy of IWPR Group and DPZ CoDesign. Freeland’s vision for the Arches Bayfront is expansive. He has proposed constructing three hotels on the site. Two of these would off er mid-range and extended-stay options with 150 rooms each and rise to six stories. The third, a boutique hotel, would be smaller with 100 rooms and fi ve stories. Such a development could redefi ne FMB, off ering economic opportunities and enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors alike. Fort Myers Beach desperately needs revitalization, especially in the wake of Hurricane Ian, which devastated the local hotel inventory. “We’re nowhere near the hotel room inventory we were before Ian,” stated Jacki Liszak, President of the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce. “Even if the Arches Bayfront project gets approved and built, we will still have over 500 hotel rooms below where we were pre-Ian, most of which are smaller hotels and short-term rentals that have not been rebuilt and face challenges.” Last year, Freeland engaged the public in a discussion about the redevelopment and gathered feedback online. Traffi c concerns were highlighted for the downtown area. In response, Freeland integrated features into the development plan, including initiatives that would welcome water ferries, water boats, kayaks, and charter boats, with a special emphasis on enhancing water ferry or water taxi services to improve access to and from the island. Building on the feedback, the most recent redevelopment plans would transform the four-acre bayfront property overlooking Matanzas Pass into a vibrant public space. It includes a 1,000-foot linear park that would extend from the property down to local landmarks like Snug Harbor Waterfront Restaurant, Bayside Park, and Nervous Nellie’s. Along this baywalk, Freeland plans to introduce areas for vendors and is considering additional amenities such as restaurants and shops. Freeland has discussed coordinating these services with other local businesses and marinas to ensure effi cient integration and operation. Freeland appears to have done the work and listened. However, successful urban development requires good ideas, meticulous planning, and community engagement. The developers’ apparent lack of organized community support was at the heart of the issue during the LPA meeting. There is signifi cant backing for the project, as evidenced by the sentiments of local business owners—one of whom noted, “Freeland should get the approval. We need to rebuild, and putting up even more red tape is not the answer.” But this support was conspicuously absent when it mattered most. The opposition, in contrast, was well-prepared and vocal, showcasing a parade of residents who lined up against the proposal. This lack of presence from supporters could have swayed the LPA’s decision, which ultimately denied the request for a Future Land Use Development Map Amendment by a vote of 4-2. The Town Staff ’s recommendation to deny the request, citing that the proposed change “is not clearly in the public interest,” further compounded the developers’ woes. For Freeland, the next steps involve presenting the plan directly to the Town Council, where the fi nal decision on the project will be made. Here, Freeland cannot aff ord a repeat of the LPA’s meeting outcome. A source close to the Town Council critiqued the initial approach, saying it “needs work.” “They can’t rely on the fact that they’re community people alone. Their opposition lined up a dozen people [at the LPA] against them. There is defi nite support for the project. They should ‘clear the runway’ and make their supporters heard as loudly as their detractors were,” the source said. The source continued, “Plus, we asked for a traffi c impact study, and to date, I haven’t seen one. All of this is enough to move anyone from a solid ‘Yes’ to a ‘Wait and See.’ “ Critically, the developers must rally those who stand to benefi t from the project and address the concerns raised. Traffi c, always a touchstone issue in urban development, needs particular attention. A thorough traffi c study could clarify the actual impact and demonstrate the developers’ commitment to addressing community concerns. The FMB Chamber said it is important for the traffi c issue to be further investigated. “It looks like most of the additional traffi c is contractors. That isn’t permanent traffi c. It’s clear on Sunday afternoons when there’s nowhere near the volume as there is during the week. A study would be helpful,” Liszak said. Moreover, the developers should highlight the integration of public feedback into the project’s planning stages to create a more robust proposal. For example, the idea of incorporating a water ferry-friendly development resulted from public consultations, indicating that community input has already signifi cantly shaped the project’s scope and execution. While the potential benefi ts of the Arches Bayfront project are signifi - cant, the path to realization requires strategic alignment with community expectations and regulatory frameworks. Freeland and his team must refi ne their approach, bolster public support, and transparently address concerns to ensure the project not only proceeds but also enhances FMB in a manner that benefi ts all stakeholders. The Town Council meeting represents a critical juncture, an opportunity that cannot be squandered. Freeland must step up and ensure his vision for the Arches Bayfront resonates with investors and the people of Fort Myers Beach. Richard Luthmann Editor-in-Chief

Page 5 The Sun Bay Paper April 19, 2024 Okay folks...I have been warning you until I am blue in the face and you Democrats just don’t get it. China is staged to attack America, from all 4 sides and from above, with an EMP Device. Xi is planning to take America to nuclear war...that’s what China is planning! Honest American Military Intel offi cers believe that China has 500,000 armed forces ready to invade from all directions AFTER they fi re a nuclear hypersonic, unstoppable EMP device over America...ONE bomb...will destroy all the grids that are left. Remember, Obama and then Biden decimated our grid. That is not opinion...that is a fact. Then from bases in the Bahamas, South America, NW Canada, Panama, Panama Canal, and from within. FBI Director Wray has been warning about from “within”, but it seems to be falling on deaf ears. Biden hasn’t been doing anything to protect America. In fact, has been damaging her from intentional overspending. He deliberately damaged our security at the border by opening the borders. As we all know, by shutting down our power plants with no replacements and by disrupting the supply lines with inept and ignorant people in important positions, Biden is succeeding in causing chaos and encouraging lawlessness. Since Obama is running America through his old staff and Biden is impotent, Hussein Obama has a free hand, my opinion. When Obama says he will “fundamentally change America” ...believe it! When he says that the “Islam call to prayer is the most beautiful thing he ever heard” ...believe it. When he says that he, at 21 years old, fl ipped a switch and changed to Christianity ...don’t believe it. Obama swore on his book of faith, the Quran, “to Protect, Preserve and Defend our Constitution”. How can he, when the Constitution demands the separation of Church and State and the Quran demands One body for Church and State, Islam? What does that have to do with Biden? My answer is, EVERYTHING.” Obama is running America! Joe Obiden is not. Hussein has been, shall we say, speaking to Xi, in my opinion and has helped Xi to reach his current position. What do I mean...you fi gure it out...does Obama have fi nancial interests in China? It seems he does, but what other reasons could Obama have to get next to Xi? I believe Hussein thinks Xi is going to turn over what is left of America after Xi, Putin and Islam rape it. Well, you be the judge. Put yourself in Xi’s place. Xi is going to say, “Well Hussein, my country sacrifi ced thousands of Chinese lives and risked it all to take over America...what did you sacrifi ce”? Xi will then proceed to behead every single member of Obama’s family and his entire staff all as he watches, and then behead HIM! Hussein just betrayed 400,000,000 Americans...why would Xi trust HIM!? Everybody knows Biden is not fulfi lling his oath of offi ce and is criminally negligent on a plethora of crimes. When China attacks, Obiden will drop to his knees crying that he had nothing to do with anything, and Xi will agree and then kill his whole family and him last! Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) - if you saw two people (R & D) fi ghting on the railroad tracks and a train is coming (China), don’t you think it’s stupid to argue about replacing your fi ghter (R) instead of how to stop the train??? We are about to be attacked by China. I am certain... and you want to replace the WRONG person. Replace the one who put us in harm’s way, Joe Obiden. If Biden is not replaced by the 25th Amendment or an election where Trump wins, before China attacks...I am positive we will lose America! Put your energies in the right place before it’s too late! To those who voted for Obiden I say, “THE FUNDIMENTAL CHANGE, HUSSEIN WANTED IS TO A SOCIALIST, ISLAMIC NATION,” and he thinks he’s there, BELIEVE THAT! But unfortunately for you, your families and myself and mine, we are about to pay for you Democrats who ignored what Obiden and Obama pulled. They succeeded in OUTRIGHT Freaking STUPIDITY, by turning the US into hellhole! I hope to God that I am wrong, as well as the predictions of former and current Military Intel Offi cers and one current General, whose recent opinions agree with what I have been predicting...for years and not months. China is our enemy and NOT our friend. China is a Communist nation where the end justifi es the means...and their “means” will be brutal, when they strike us. They know that just one of our many Trident subs can kill China and Russia with a nuclear strike...that’s correct... one Trident sub, and Russia and China and her 1 billion people will become nuclear toast. I know just enough about nuclear subs to know how deadly they are. I have been aboard nuclear subs as an Agent conducting investigations of Crime on Government Property, nothing serious, but it was a learning experience that I cherished! My fi rst offi ce was a Navy Sub Station! Knowing this, China must cut off communications between America and our Trident sub fl eet...because when the fl eet is alerted, we have been hit with a nuclear EMP device. It does NOT matter who did it...only four of our enemies have that capability and all want America DEAD...Russia, N Korea, China and maybe Iran. So, it makes no diff erence who struck fi rst. They expect America to fi nd who did it...and in a few days react. The Right Side CHINA’s XI IS COMING AND A NUCLEAR HELL IS COMING WITH HIM...UNLESS...?! April 19, 2024 The Sun Bay Paper Page 6 There will be NO time to fi nd who did it, and it doesn’t matter. So, we must convince, and not bluff , as we will only have one shot. Convince Xi we will order an all-out nuclear strike on all 4 countries...if we are attacked with an EMP. We must convince China’s Xi we will kill everybody in China and Russia and N Korea and Iran. How convincing do you think this feeble president will be...hmmmm? How about Trump? Think he could pull it off ? So, geniuses...who do you want to protect us and launch that most complicated and coordinated nuclear retaliation strike that the few of us who are left are depending upon? Who do you want to stand up to Xi and warn him that our Trident sub fl eet and all the rest of our military forces have orders that, if we are hit with an EMP devise from ANYBODY, they are to unleash a full nuclear retaliatory strike on all 4 of our biggest enemies, starting with China! Remember, Hussein deactivated our NORAD First strike Base in the Colorado Mountains. When Trump found out after being elected...he didn’t open the borders, he re-opened and upgraded the NORAD site. So, if we are hit with an EMP nuclear bomb high in the atmosphere (which is going to KILL our entire electric grid), we still can communicate with our EMP protected ships and heavy weapons, and we need that NORAD site to be functional. It now is, thanks to President Trump unless dipshit Obiden closed that too. Keep in mind the stellar leadership Joe showed when the China balloon attacked. Joe was afraid of a surveillance balloon. What would an EMP bomb do? By the way, EMP Bombs are all nuclear bombs. Why is Obiden still president? The Democraps say he’s too feeble to defend himself. He’s too feeble minded to be prosecuted for his enormous crime streak, but he is not too feeble minded to be President of the USA? You Democraps are as Dumb as fi sh...my opinion! Our fl eet must have orders to destroy all 4 ...China, Korea, Russia, Iran with nuclear weapons...nothing less will stop them than that threat and mean it! Please somebody lock up Miley with no cell phone! I am certain that if former President Trump is elected there will be no war! Obiden MUST go or we are done, God Bless! Page 7 The Sun Bay Paper April 19, 2024 Understanding the Challenges of Single-Use Plastics and Exploring Solutions In recent years, the pervasive use of single-use plastics has emerged as a global environmental crisis, posing signifi cant challenges to ecosystems, human health, and the planet’s overall well-being. From disposable water bottles to plastic bags, the convenience of these products has come at a steep cost, contributing to pollution, habitat destruction, and climate change. The environmental toll of single-use plastics is evident in the staggering accumulation of plastic waste in landfi lls, oceans, and natural environments worldwide. These materials are notoriously slow to degrade, with some estimates suggesting that certain types of plastics can persist in the environment for hundreds, if not thousands, of years. Marine life, terrestrial wildlife, and ecosystems suff er as they become entangled in plastic debris or ingest it, mistaking it for food. Moreover, the production and disposal of single-use plastics contribute to greenhouse gas emissions and exacerbate climate change. The extraction of fossil fuels for plastic production, along with the energy-intensive manufacturing processes, further strain fi nite natural resources and perpetuate our dependence on non-renewable energy sources. In addition to environmental impacts, single-use plastics pose signifi cant risks to human health. Studies have found that certain chemicals used in the production of plastics, such as bisphenol A (BPA) and phthalates, can leach into food and beverages, potentially disrupting hormonal balance and posing long-term health risks. The ingestion of microplastics—tiny particles of plastic—through food and water sources raises concerns about their potential health eff ects, including infl ammation, oxidative stress, and the transfer of harmful pollutants. Addressing the challenges posed by single-use plastics requires a multi-faceted approach involving individuals, communities, businesses, and governments. Some potential solutions include: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: Emphasize the importance of reducing single-use plastic consumption by opting for reusable alternatives whenever possible. Encourage individuals to recycle plastic waste responsibly and support initiatives that promote proper waste management and recycling infrastructure. Ban Single-Use Plastics: Implement legislation to ban or restrict the production and sale of single-use plastics, such as plastic bags, straws, and polystyrene containers. Several countries and municipalities have already taken steps to enact such bans, demonstrating the feasibility and eff ectiveness of this approach. Promote Sustainable Alternatives: Encourage the adoption of eco-friendly alternatives to single-use plastics, such as biodegradable or compostable materials made from renewable resources like plant-based plastics or recycled materials. Invest in research and innovation to develop new materials and technologies that minimize environmental impact. Educate and Raise Awareness: Foster public awareness and education campaigns to inform individuals about the environmental and health consequences of single-use plastics. Empower consumers to make informed choices and advocate for sustainable practices in their communities and daily lives. Corporate Responsibility: Hold corporations accountable for their plastic usage and waste management practices. Encourage businesses to adopt sustainable packaging solutions, invest in recycling infrastructure, and participate in extended producer responsibility programs to take responsibility for the lifecycle of their products. Policy Reform: Advocate for comprehensive policies and regulations at the local, national, and international levels to address the single-use plastics crisis. Support initiatives that promote circular economy principles, resource effi ciency, and waste reduction strategies. By understanding the environmental, health, and societal impacts of single-use plastics and embracing innovative solutions, we can work together to create a more sustainable and resilient future for generations to come. This is an issue we should all be able to get behind. It is an actual problem that is a real concern to the future of our world. It’s time to rethink our relationship with plastics and take decisive action to reduce their harmful eff ects on the planet and its inhabitants. Together, we can turn the tide on plastic pollution and build a cleaner, healthier world for all. Between 1.15 to 2.41 million tonnes of plastic are entering the ocean each year. THE OCEAN CLEANUP

April 19, 2024 The Sun Bay Paper Page 8 The week before the recent solar eclipse, an extensive nor’easter disabled power to hundreds of thousands. On the Friday before the celestial happenings, a rare 4.8 earthquake centered in New Jersey shook a good part of the Northeast just days after a much larger quake in Taiwan – 7.4 magnitude – collapsed buildings resulting in at least 13 deaths. Then on Monday, the anticipated full solar eclipse occurred on the Catholic feast of the Annunciation, where Our Lord’s Blessed Mother was overshadowed by the power of the Most High (Luke 1:35). Later that day, at sunset, commenced the Jewish observance of Passover. G.K. Chesterton wrote that coincidences are spiritual puns. And those spiritual puns just kept coming. Seven days before Easter we experienced a lunar eclipse and then seven days after the Christian high holy day – a complete solar eclipse. According to Cosmos magazine, the geometry of the Earth’s and moon’s orbit in relationship to the sun will undergo a total solar eclipse only once every 375 years. The eclipse’s path was roughly a 115-mile-wide band stretching from Mexico to Canada – passing through more than a dozen U.S. states including seven towns named Nineveh. Nineveh is an ancient city in modern-day Iraq portrayed in the Bible as evil. Naysayers claimed it wasn’t seven, but two places called Nineveh – one would have suffi ced for me. Who knew there were that many? The urge for some folks to explain away such anomalies as mere happenchance only grows in a nation that dismisses daily its Judeo-Christian heritage. Transgender Visibility Day supplanted Easter Sunday the holiest day of Christendom at the White House thanks to that devout Catholic of a president, who at 81 desires four more years. The last eclipse in 2017 ran through seven venues named Salem which means peace. When juxtaposed together both eclipses form a cross. Both lasted three hours and were separated by seven years. The number seven’s Biblical meaning is perfection, while three has its own signifi - cance being the number of hours Jesus hung on the cross when the most infamous of all eclipses occurred only to rise from the dead three days later. Applying the chronological date to Exodus 4:8: “So if they will not believe you nor pay attention to the evidence of the fi rst sign, they may believe the evidence of the last sign.” Not to be outdone, two days after the solar eclipse, a bright fi reball raced across the skies over New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Solar eclipses are exceptional cosmic occurrences that point to God and His glory underscoring just how immense and precise celestial movements are. After all, it was the Star of Bethlehem that led the wisemen to the infant Jesus. The day before the 2024 eclipse, Catholics observed Divine Mercy Sunday as a reminder of God’s mercy. For many this begged the question could Monday’s eclipse be a sign of God’s impending judgment? Many ancient civilizations believed eclipses were a divine message and, in many instances, a warning. Some contemporaries agree. All of this speaks to Christian sensibilities. Without exception every prediction and prognostication about the Second Coming has been wrong. I suppose the folly of date-setting is all part of our fallen nature and the inherent need for control. Misunderstanding has always been at the forefront of such forecasts that the fi rst coming of Christ was mostly dismissed. As you read this, we have never been closer than right now “for salvation is nearer to us now than when we fi rst believed” (Rom. 13:11), but this has been true all throughout the Christendom epoch. Just because we are closer does not mean we are close. Scripture continuously emphasizes that the “day and hour no one knoweth, not the angels of heaven, but the Father alone.” And the day of the Lord will come “like a thief in the night” and “it is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has fi xed by his own authority.” We will not know the day, nor the hour but since the resurrection of Jesus Christ we have been in the end times. Through free will we are presented a choice: to cooperate with God’s grace or not. And for whatever a man sows; he will reap. Greg Maresca Eclipsing the Cynics ?

April 19, 2024 The liberal media is outraged at President Donald Trump. AGAIN. Trump pointed out that Jews who vote Democrat are voting against their own self-interest -- and it makes no sense. That’s like the police chief in Casablanca being shocked there’s gambling in that casino! I am a Jewish American. I’m also a Republican-conservative, MAGA, America-First, Trump warrior and patriot. I’m “all in” for President Trump. We either elect Trump on Nov. 5, or both America and Israel face unprecedented danger and decline. I understand that. Far too many of my fellow Jews do not. Just 48 hours ago, I was honored to interview my great friend President Donald J. Trump for the 15th time. It’s a refl ection of our special relationship. We are “a mutual admiration society.” I appreciate what Trump has done for America, American exceptionalism, capitalism, peace and prosperity, border security, and of course, his unrivaled support for America’s best friend and ally, Israel. And in return, I believe Trump appreciates my loyalty, unwavering support and fi ery defense of him and his record of accomplishments. Trump and I enjoyed another of our always controversial interviews on my television show “The ROOT Reaction,” airing weeknights on Real America’s Voice TV network. Sadly, raw truth is considered “controversial” nowadays. Trump introduced me recently at a rally by saying, “My good friend and TV/radio host Wayne Allyn Root always gets me in trouble. In every interview with Wayne, I wind up in trouble.” Oops. We did it again. In our latest interview, we covered a lot of ground about the massive lies and propaganda of the Biden administration about the economy, jobs, infl ation and open borders. We discussed Trump’s latest decision about the controversial topic of abortion. We discussed Biden getting us into World War III on multiple fronts. You can watch here: https://rumble.com/v4oc5t8president-trump-with-wayne-allynroot-482024.html. But nothing was more controversial than our discussion of Jews and why they vote in a way that is self-destructive and against their best interests. Within hours of our TV interview, hundreds of articles and editorials popped up in the biased-liberal mainstream media accusing Trump of antisemitism. Here is a typical one from Newsweek: https://www.newsweek. com/donald-trump-faces-backlash-comments-black-jewish-voters-1888693. The media conveniently forgot to mention that Trump was talking to a Jewish American TV and radio host (me) who agreed 100% with every word he said. That’s crucial context to leave out. I’d call it fraud and misrepresentation. Here is my two cents. First, it’s absurd for ultra-leftist Jews to act off ended when Trump accuses them of being far too leftist. Instead, they should say, “I resemble that remark.” Because it’s 100% true. Second, no one can ever accuse me of being a detractor of the Jewish people. I am proud of my race. I praise the amazing traits of my Jewish people often on my radio and TV shows, and in many of my 16 books. I have pointed out the reason Jews are among the most successful people to ever set foot on earth is because of their brilliance, unmatched work ethic, relentless mindset, and the importance they place on education and family. That is why such a high percentage of Jews in America are business owners, professionals and community leaders. Jews are the best and brightest of America. Jews have EARNED their success. But there is one thing I don’t condone or defend -- the radical leftist politics of so many Jews. Like Trump, I’ll never understand it. It makes zero sense. The truth is, when it comes to politics, the most brilliant people in the world are clueless and self-destructive. Jews who vote Democrat are voting alongside people who hate Israel and want to wipe out the Jewish people. Or haven’t you heard “from the river to the sea” chants in protests across America? These are exclusively Democrat voters who want to murder Jews. Jews who vote Democrat are voting for politicians who punish hard work, discipline, sacrifi ce, education, job creators and fi nancial risk-takers, while rewarding welfare and crime. Jews who vote Democrat are voting for open borders and welcoming in all the criminals, gangbangers and terrorists of the world -- who will terrorize, rob, rape and murder good, law-abiding Americans (like Jews). Millions of these people Democrats welcome in are Hamas, Hezbollah and Islamic extremists who come to America to do harm specifi cally to Jews. How do Jews not understand the disaster of open-border policies? Jews who vote Democrat vote for politicians and judges who see violent criminals as “victims” and let them out on the street with crazy “no bail” policies. How is that good for decent, law-abiding families (like Jews)? Jews who vote for Democrats are supporting socialist and communist policies. Have they studied history? Socialist and communist societies always scapegoat and persecute successful people -- who are in large numbers Jews. Or don’t Jews know Hitler and the Nazis were the “National Socialist Party”? Or don’t Jews know the communist Soviet Union persecuted Jews? Why did Jews fl ee the Soviet Union for Israel and America, if things were so good for Jews in a communist country? Jews who vote Democrat are voting for diversity, equity and inclusion -- which lets unqualifi ed candidates get college admission, jobs and promotions based only on their race, while qualifi ed Jews are passed over. Jews who vote Democrat often cite a “woman’s right to choose” and chant “my body, my choice,” but they supported Biden and Democrat governors’ mandates forcing dangerous, deadly, untested, experimental vaccines into our bodies in violation of the Nuremberg Code. Jews who vote Democrat are supporting this current administration’s weaponization of government, false arrests of political opponents, and massive censorship and silencing of the opposition. Don’t they see this is all straight from the Nazi and Soviet playbook? Eventually, this will all be aimed at the Jews. To sum it up, this Jew loves Trump AND the Jewish people. But Trump is right. It makes no sense for any Jew to vote Democrat. Jews who vote Democrat are self-destructive and voting against their own best interests. Trump is 100% right -- again. April 19, 2024 The Sun Bay Paper Page 10 Environmental Here’s a part of that act... “The federal government cannot use the FISA court to “intentionally target any U.S. citizen, or any other U.S. person, or to intentionally target any person known to be in the United States,” though the National Security Agency has acknowledged it inadvertently collects information on some Americans without a warrant in the name of national security. FISA, in other words, is not a tool for combating domestic terrorism but it has been used in the post-September 11th era to gather data on Americans. “In addition to the FISA court, there is a second secret judicial panel called the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review whose responsibility to oversee and review the decisions made by the FISA court. The Court of Review, like the FISA court, is seated in Washington, D.C. But it is made up of only three judges from the federal district court or appeals court.” Tom Murse FBI Director Wray is appearing before Congress looking to renew FISA as it is necessary to keep America safe, says he. Joe Obiden has opened the Borders and allowed some 11 to 15 million illegal aliens, unabetted, into your country. Hundreds of thousands are on various Terror Watch Lists, wanted criminal, degenerates, and more. Millions are male, lone wolf, fi ghting age Chinese and Islamic Muslims. What did you do about them? They shouldn’t be hard to fi nd. Just check out some of +/-50 encampments Obama created...one is in Binghamton NY...I drove by it... some 10 years ago! Well Mr Director, I don’t think FISA should be renewed ...at least not until all those who signed the very fi rst FISA warrant on Carter Page are brought to justice. That started a major Election Interference Case.. that’s an FBI Violation, or was! “With” the FISA act and all its abuses, to get Trump and others, China is staged to attack America, right NOW, today, with devastating force (nuclear EMP). Either the FISAAct didn’t work, wasn’t corrupted enough, or the FBI, CIA, NSA ,etc failed in their duties...which is it...Mr Director? Here’s another tidbit, the entire reason for the FISAAct, is to protect unlawful eavesdropping on US Citizens. That’s tough to do when scoundrels like Clapper and Brennan , Heads of our top Intel Agency’s, lie under oath to Congress when asked if they have ever illegally surveilled US citizens. They both said NO and then withdrew that NO with a YES, after the statute of limitations ran out. That doesn’t make them safe if an experienced prosecutor like Rudy and an FBI Agent like me were to open a RICO case on the entire Obama and Biden administrations. That would extend the statue to 11 years from any single member of the Racketeer Organization committing just one more predicate act! The FISA abuses I will relate are a big part of the reasons China is armed up to attack us at anytime. If these abuses by former FBI Director Comey and others I will name, were prevented ...Xi would not be ready to attack. I say that because had those abuses been prosecuted, as this writer, put pen to, when it was going on/happening...Donald Trump would have been President for the past 4 years and Xi would not dare do the things Obiden(Obama) allowed. That’s why I placed this FISA article in the Environment section. The answer is simple ...the Obiden and Obama administrations, which are almost identical ...STINK of RICO predicate Crimes...the abuses by the people who are supposed to protect citizens, STINK so bad that a Clean Air case should be opened as well. The FISA abuses before and during and after the 2016 Presidential Election are so egregious, so blatant, so illegal and so well known by those who participated in the abuses...they should all be in jail right now. But they are not! Why? None have even been investigated. How I know that is because the illegal acts are so blatant, a blind investigator could make the cases! Director Wray, problem is you listened to McCabe and Strzok and probably Comey...big mistakes and then to the other unqualifi ed Agents around you. For example allowing SWAT teams go on Searches for no reason. When questioned about that you said you allowed the Agents on the street to make those decisions...another mistake...they are no more experienced than the others on criminal investigations than McCabe and Strzok ...they were Security Agents, as we called them! That’s not their faults, that they didn’t work criminal cases...the FBI doesn’t work criminal cases...not since 9/11! Bank Robbery, Interstate Theft, Escaped Federal Prisoner, Kidnapping, Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution (UFAP), Armored Car Robberies, I worked several, great experience cases. Here’s the problem with the FBI in a few short sentences. The FBI was a Crime Fighting Agency. We made our reputation fi ghting crimes, fi ghting subjects who resist arrest, arrest warrants, search warrants, wire taps, under cover operations...NOT hunter gather. If you don’t investigate crimes you’ll never be an investigator, if you don’t practice shooting a gun, you will never know how. If you don’t make arrests, you will never know how to or when to use the SWAT teams...they are not for show! I made 57 arrests my last year on the NY Bank Squad in NY and a few others on my squad were right up there as well. No SWAT, most subjects were armed, many fought, ran, a few shot at us...we had 500 BRs a year and solved some 70%. That’s a lot of experience...compare that to todays’ Agent. Criminal Agents solved the fi rst and second Twin Towers. Criminal Agents solved the OKC Bombing, I worked that case and changed the Title from UNSUB to TIM MCVEIGH. You need major changes starting with back to Criminal Title 18 cases...period. You must take back Criminal Violations , Fugitive cases or you will NEVER get the real FBI back! It’s that simple. Back to why we should not trust Agents to have a FISA court to go to, to sign warrants without the same evidence as the Title 3 requires. What happens is the Strzoks and McCabes are made. We would NEVER hide evidence in a desk, fail to leave an Inventory Sheet on a search Warrant search, never stop a subject who was the subject but not under arrest, from viewing the search, It’s a felony! That’s the 4th Amendment. Like I said it takes work, experience, arrests, searches. You cannot expect an Agent whose whole squad did 1 search warrant last year and no arrests, to know a damn thing about Rule 41 or any other Rules. SWAT teams attack...conduct raids and dangerous assignment. It degrades the integrity of the FBI to allow freaking CNN to go through the door with the team...I still can’t believe that on! Around October 2015 the FISA court mandated all Agency Heads requesting a Search Warrant (wire tap) must approve in writing on the application. Around that time the fi rst Carter Page FISAWarrant was issued. Some of those who signed were James Comey, Andy McCabe, Peter Strzok Lisa Page, DOJ Rosenstein and others. They all signed swearing that the information is true ,correct , to the best of their ability and any exculpatory evidence is included. In January 2016 in an interview with Trump, Comey was asked by Trump about the Steele Dossier and Comey replied it was ,”Salacious and unverifi ed”. That being true, then Comey knew when he and all the others signed that Carter Page warrant... that the Steele Dossier was, “Salacious and unverifi ed”. That Dossier was the principle evidence for that warrant. Without it...no warrant. AND the Dossier was solicited by Hillary Clinton ,Candidate for President, paid for by her, as she owned the DNC and approved all payments, personally, by signed contract. The Fusion GPS business created the Dossier which was debunked in court as fabricated. That became the poison tree and ALL the search warrants, thereafter are illegal`, my opinion. None of those signers should have signed, starting with Comey. That incriminates all those who signed. Making all those signors culpable both Civil as well as Criminal, for violation of the 4th, 5th 14th Amendments and a host of Title 18 charges related to more felonies than I can name. So Mr FBI Director, none of those felons went to jail, and because of all the Russia fabricated nonsense, Strzok, McCabe, Comey and other lies told by other un-reliable players like Brennan and Clapper, who both admitted they lied about eaves dropping citizens...was President Trump one of them? Director Wray...arrest AG Garland for Criminal Negligence for Failure to enforce our Laws starting with Immigration and Naturalization laws, then petition for the removal of Obiden from the Presidency under the 25th Amendment before China strikes.
