He, Hussein, is carrying out what he believes is in his book of faith, the Quran… says in black and white, no matter what 400,000,000 citizens want, no matter what our Constitution states…Hussein knows what’s best for him, first and us, last! This is ALL about flipping America into an Islamic, Muslim nation that Hussein Obama dreams about…dedicated his life to…has spent billions of other people’s dollars…not his, of course! Fact is, Hussein is so close to achieving what his lifelong goal is…Fundamentally Changing America into a Muslim nation…when Joe just shattered his dream, his goal! In my opinion …Joe came out of the basement, and did, much of what Hussein said Joe is capable of doing. I remember when Hussein said that we shouldn’t be surprised of how much Joe is capable of f’ ing up. Now …Joe… will not step down…so what to do? Eliminate the competition? Understand how critical the situation is for Hussein’s next puppet president. Joe is over the top and even if he mistakes an escape door for the bathroom door on AF 1, it would be too obvious. VP Harris cannot be trusted to do as she is told, by either Allah or Hussein, AND gives a way to open a gigantic hole for the Republicans. We could immediately impeach her for Failure to Be True to her oath and enforce the INS Laws also for NOT doing as the President ordered…take Control of the Border…did she? Hell no! That opens the door to and for, Mike Johnson, Speaker, and our next president for a few months…and then he will become Trump’s VP and in four years, President! Getting back to the attempt on President Trump; in my opinion and based upon Hussein’s eight years of BS, phony documents, lies, and my experience as a successful Agent, I believe if I were still an Agent I would have enough information, even Probable Cause, to open a case on Barack Hussein Obama as a subject, and President Joe Biden an unindicted co-conspirator in the Election Interference Case for sure and would find many criminal acts …read my columns! I say that as there are too many coincidences…and remember, too many coincidences make a fact in my world…and the world of law enforcement! I do not mean that either of those two scoundrels took the shot as much as they may wish they could. Listen, there are too many loose ends that needed to be tied together for a misfit to pull off, in my opinion. He had to have help! I believe somewhere along the line of loose ends…somebody had to help. For example…in a world that led me to find many getaway cars that were still hot…made several bank robbery arrests immediately after robberies, prevented an armored car robbery, prevented numerous truck hijackings and kidnapping. I rescued two kidnap victims…solved cold case robbery involving a police homicide during the robbery, from 1500 miles and a year away…there is much more. I was not the average FBI Agent! How did that kid get on that roof? Was there a ladder and did somebody not see him? Dressed in fatigues, carrying an AK…not easy to hide in shirt and pants and all that at the closest and BEST line of sight, sniper spot. I too was a sniper and trained Snipers, Observers, and SWAT. Why didn’t that police officer engage him? I don’t know if the officer wore body armor…if not he should have allowed somebody else who did, why did he enter the danger zone, without the intent to shoot/ attack? I’ve been in many shooting situations, some before we had protection, 50 years ago, been shot at and returned fire mostly with no protection. Why didn’t he at least fire to distract and alert? I do not usually second guess anybody who steps into the line of fire and tell him what he should have done… not without full knowledge, which I do not have at this time. But I am asking questions that have to be answered… whether that officer likes it or not! To the Sniper(s) GREAT job! No second guessing allowed! You are heroes, thank you for saving my President! Remember, you shot to save a life...not to take one! Look…with the numerous Treasonous Acts committed by both Obiden and Hussein…to get “Trump” …I believe Joe will roll over as will all of his staff. We are talking Treason…no Statute of Limitation on Capital Crimes… oh! I forgot to tell you that…Treason is a Capital Crime …there is a death sentence…several WILL roll over! Even with those who have been conspiring to interfere in an election, there is so much from which to choose! July 19, 2024 The Sun Bay Paper Page 2 COVID-19 Vaccination Related Deaths - More Proof In past articles, during the pandemic, we continually warned about the hazards of COVID-19 vaccinations, warning that many doctors were not recommending the shots and saying there would be deaths related to the vaccines. Lets look at the new data available to us now From the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) related to COVID-19 vaccinations. As of May 31, 2024, there have been over 37,000 reported deaths, over 70,000 cases of permanent disability, and nearly 310,000 serious injuries following vaccination. A recent systematic review of deaths post-COVID-19 vaccination, published in Forensic Science International, uncovered even more shocking statistics. The study found that 73.9% of deaths were directly caused by or significantly contributed to by COVID-19 vaccination. These alarming figures have led to increased scrutiny of the CDC, FDA, and Biden Administration for their decision to include COVID-19 vaccinations in the childhood immunization schedule. Despite widespread concerns, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) added these vaccines to the schedule for children as young as six months. Both Pfizer and Moderna’s mRNA COVID-19 vaccines contain synthetic nucleic acid sequences foreign to the human body, essentially making them a genetic engineering experiment. These vaccines were fast-tracked with-out the usual animal studies and rigorous clinical trials. Additionally, Pfizer, Moderna, BioNTech, AstraZeneca, and Janssen withheld critical safety and effectiveness information from patients and physicians. Pfizer’s limited 6-month clinical trial results revealed significant risks, with 20 deaths in the vaccine group compared to 14 in the placebo group, including five deaths from heart attacks in the vaccine group versus one in the placebo group. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. stated, “They knew they were going to kill a lot of people, but they did it anyway,” highlighting the gravity of these findings, especially regarding children’s safety. Official UK statistics indicate that children who received COVID-19 mRNA vaccines face a dramatically higher risk of dying. Data from the UK’s Office for National Statistics (ONS) show a significant increase in child mortality rates post-vaccination. Frank Bergman’s analysis reveals that partially vaccinated children (ages 10 to 14) are 11 times more likely to die from COVID-19 than unvaccinated peers, and those with three doses are 137 times more likely. The situation worsens when considering all-cause mortality rates. For unvaccinated children, the rate is 6.39 per 100,000 person-years, but this increases to 97.28 for double-vaccinated and 289.02 for triple-vaccinated children. Double-vaccinated children are 15 times more likely to die from any cause than unvaccinated children, and triple-vaccinated children are 45 times more likely. Excess death data from 47 Western countries support these findings. A peer-reviewed study in BMJ Public Health found that excess mortality has remained high despite lock downs and vaccinations. Dutch researchers called on government leaders to investigate persistent excess mortality, citing negative health outcomes from COVID-19 vaccination programs and lock down measures. A new peer-reviewed study from Italy linked COVID-19 vaccines to increased all-cause mortality. Analyzing data from the Italian National Healthcare System, researchers found vaccinated individuals with two or more doses lost 37% of their life expectancy compared to the unvaccinated. Specific fatal vaccine adverse events, such as sudden cardiac death and pulmonary embolism, were significant contributors. Dr. Peter McCullough has called for a global halt to COVID-19 vaccinations, aligning with a German study that also found increased all-cause mortality associated with vaccination. A Norwegian study published in BMC Public Health highlighted increased mortality rates in 2021 and 2022, particularly for cardiovascular diseases and malignant tumors, coinciding with the country’s mRNA vaccination campaign. In Canada, data from Alberta Health shows a 2,703% surge in unexplained deaths from 2020 to 2022, coinciding with the COVID-19 vaccine roll out. Read that again 2700% increase!!! Additional findings from other countries also paint a troubling picture. In Japan, a study published in the Journal of Clinical Medicine reported a significant increase in the incidence of myocarditis and pericarditis among younger males following COVID-19 vaccination. Researchers urged health authorities to re-evaluate vaccination strategies for younger populations. In Australia, data from the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) indicated a spike in reports of adverse reactions following COVID-19 vaccinations, including severe allergic reactions and thrombotic events. The TGA has since issued several safety advisories and continues to monitor the situation closely. In Germany, a peer-reviewed study published in The Lancet Regional Health – Europe found a correlation between COVID-19 vaccination and increased allcause mortality among the elderly. The study concluded that further investigation is necessary to understand the long-term impact of vaccination on this demographic. In Sweden, researchers from the Karolinska Institute conducted a nationwide cohort study that linked COVID-19 vaccination to an elevated risk of blood clotting disorders. The findings prompted calls for enhanced post-vaccination surveillance and additional research to mitigate these risks. And it was all covered up..... The scrutiny of the Biden Administration, CDC, and FDA over COVID-19 vaccine-related deaths reveals a disturbing narrative. Data from VAERS and global studies indicate alarming patterns of adverse effects, suggesting a deliberate effort to suppress information about the vaccines’ true impact. These findings have serious implications for public health and trust. How many more lives need to be lost before accountability is demanded from the CDC, FDA, and the Biden Administration? Can America survive this onslaught? With blood on their hands, the Left and the mainstream media tried to reframe the deadly shooting that they aided and abetted as: Can America seize this opportunity for reconciliation? Hours after the assassination attempt, their de facto leader, Barack Hussein Obama, tweeted: “There is absolutely no place for political violence in our democracy.” Obama continues to be the “Divider in Chief” who seeks to “fundamentally transform America.” Funded by George Soros and the Left’s global elites and protected by mainstream media, only Donald Trump and MAGA patriots can do wrong. In reality, the Left is an existential threat to our Republic, and their dangerous rhetoric is a cancer that must immediately be excised. Whether by scalpel or sword, the instrument is the same: TRUTH. The facts speak for themselves. The Media’s Disgraceful Assassination Attempt Coverage The mainstream media’s handling of the assassination attempt on Trump has been nothing short of disgraceful. CNN initially downplayed the event, reporting Trump “falling at a rally.” The Washington Post referred to it as a “Trump Rally Shooting,” avoiding the term “assassination attempt.” This vagueness is deliberate, minimizing the attack’s severity and shifting focus from its political implications. Here are some examples of biased and dishonest coverage: CNN’s Initial Headline: Described Trump as merely “falling” at the rally, downplaying the severity of the attack. Washington Post’s Terminology: Referred to the event as a “Trump Rally Shooting,” avoiding the precise term “assassination attempt.” New York Times’ Headline: Questioned Trump’s “Narrative of Persecution,” implying that his concerns about being targeted were overblown. Lack of Immediate Correction: CNN took hours to change its headline, showing reluctance to report the incident accurately. Vague Descriptions: Many outlets used vague descriptions like “incident” or “shooting” without specifying that Trump was the intended target. Ignoring Warnings: Some reports ignored the fact that bystanders had warned law enforcement about the shooter, highlighting a security failure that was not adequately investigated. Minimization of Threat: Reports often minimized the actual threat level, contributing to a perception that the event was less significant than it was. General Avoidance of the Term “Assassination Attempt”: Many media outlets avoided using the term “assassination attempt,” which would accurately describe the event and its political implications. Selective Reporting: The media focused more on the potential impact for gun control rather than addressing the political motivations behind the attack. Omitting Historical Context: The media failed to provide historical context on how leftist rhetoric has previously led to violence, thus underplaying the significance of theassassination attempt. Inadequate Follow-Up: There has been a lack of follow-up reporting on the investigation into the attack, leaving many questions about security lapses unanswered. MSNBC’s Joy Reid: Regularly likened Trump to Hitler, suggesting that extreme actions against him are justified. General Bias: Consistent bias in favor of minimizing threats against conservative figures, contrasting with heightened coverage of threats against liberal figures. This is not the first time the Leftist media has downplayed violence against conservatives, such as the 2017 shooting of Rep. Steve Scalise by a Bernie Sanders supporter. When left-leaning figures are threatened, the Leftist media is quick to denounce the violence and assign blame. Still, this standard is not applied equally when conservative figures are targeted, a stark betrayal of journalistic integrity that should leave anyone feeling disillusioned. The Leftist media has long painted Trump and his supporters as threats to democracy,fueling an environment where violence against them seems justified. Leftist media sources equate Trump’s rhetoric with that of his opponents, failing to recognize the asymmetry in the incitement to violence. Perhaps most importantly, the mainstream media has not held accountable those who incite violence against Trump and his supporters, often giving a platform to those who spread hateful rhetoric. Such biased reporting not only misinforms the public but also deepens national divides. The Left’s Dangerous Rhetoric Normalizing Violence Since 2016, Leftist celebrities and entertainers have normalized the idea of violence against Trump. This rhetoric has created a dangerous atmosphere where political violence seemsacceptable. Here is an exhaustive list of the demonization of President Trump and MAGA Patriots: Robert De Niro: Publicly fantasized about punching Trump in the face, stating, “I’d liketo punch him in the face.” Kathy Griffin: Posed with a fake decapitated head resembling Trump in a widelycondemned photoshoot. Marilyn Manson: Released a music video depicting a Trumplike figure being decapitated. Snoop Dogg: Released a music video showing a clown dressed as Trump being shot with a toy gun. Shakespeare in the Park: Staged a production of Julius Caesar with a Trump-like character being assassinated. Mickey Rourke: Threatened to beat Trump with a baseball bat in a video. Anthony Bourdain: Fantasized about poisoning Trump, saying he would serve him hemlock. George Lopez: Joked about assassinating Trump for a bounty, stating he would “do it for half.” Pearl Jam: Featured artwork of Trump’s dead body being eaten by a vulture during a concert. If ad nauseam, commentators like Joy Behar, Joe Scarborough, and Joy Reid scream about Trump as a Fascist dictator, or Rachel Maddow bloviates about studying Hitler to understand Trump, the message sinks in with the snowflakes that a mass murderer is about to take power. These individuals hold themselves out as journalists. However, their dishonesty propelled the narrative and false atmosphere, giving rise to July 13th and the death and maiming of innocent Patriots. The Left has blood on their hands, and they are unapologetic. The Path Forward is Vigilance, Not Reconciliation The Left says reconciliation requires a collective effort to tone down the rhetoric and engage in honest dialogue. However, it is questionable whether reconciliation is preferable or even possible. The Left has consistently shown that they are the perpetrators of extreme rhetoric and violence. Their calls for reconciliation often serve as a cover for their plans to manipulate and control the political landscape. The Left’s rhetorical strategy for the 2024 election is clear and has only two verticals: “Abortion on Demand” and “Trump is Hitler.” Both ideological points are losers, and their leaders know it. Republicans are poised to capture 30-50 House seats and several key Senate seats, forming a cushioned and almost veto-proof majority. After the assassination attempt, the Left has no path to political victory through Joe Biden’s “Battle Box.” They will continue to demonize, lie, and incite violence. The mainstream media will aid and abet them. Their real plan is to cheat on Election Day, attempting to steal the 2024 election as they did in 2020. The Secret Service’s failure to protect President Trump at the rally is inexcusable. But Democrats’ attempts to strip Trump of Secret Service protection, such as Rep. Bennie Thompson’s bill, are more nefarious. Such actions only embolden potential attackers by making it easier to target Trump, which is the Left’s apparent modus operandi. What the Left will never admit is that the failed assassination attempt on President Trump is further proof that God exists. President Trump and America’s destiny are protected by forces greater than our comprehension. This moment calls for introspection and action. The choice is clear: Either Americans excise the cancer of Leftist rhetoric and media bias or face the prospect of a full-scale global war. The failed assassination attempt on President Trump shows that God’s Hand protects him and America. The only question is whether Leftist Elites like George Soros will choose peace over personal profit from societal chaos. Secretly, they revel in the disorder and destruction of the 2020 “George Floyd” “ANTIFA” riots and desire their swift return to cities and towns across the nation, just in time to distract from the integrity of the November election and roll in their doctored voting machines. FOX showed us all how they, computer machines, were used to cheat and do it without discovery. So, what the hell did you idiots do to eliminate those computers…nothing I bet! Defund them! You control the money! Let them sue but for Christ Sake don’t let them use any computers… go all paper. Paper is approved in every state. So, use it! You have two choices as I see it. One…go paper ballots and one day voting, absentee ballots, only, and ID at the venue. Speaker Johnson, do everything and anything to rid the CHEATING by computer! Two…train and pay auditors at every venue… one Republican and one Democrap. Do audits and spot checks as the night goes on. Reject any carloads of ballots that nobody knows where they came from… enforce the chain of custody. Any discrepancies, shut down that computer and put evidence tape on that booth and call the FBI. It’s a violation to interfere, cheat, or do anything that is on a long list of crimes regarding federal election interference and the FBI has jurisdiction! An idiot knows that Hussein Obama wants to make America an Islamic nation. If you don’t realize that by now… I am sorry, but you must have the IQ of fish! What president would open your borders the way Obiden/Hussein did? July 19, 2024 The Sun Bay Paper Page 6 Fort Myers Beach News Roundup Bright Lights Return to Fort Myers Beach FPL to Install 700 Streetlights Nearly two years after Hurricane Ian, FPL is beginning the installation of 700 new streetlights in Fort Myers Beach. The project kicks off on Monday and is set to illuminate Estero Boulevard from Old San Carlos Boulevard to the island’s south end, including side streets. The island has remained dark since Hurricane Ian, particularly at the intersection of Estero Boulevard and Old San Carlos Boulevard. The lack of lighting has been a significant concern for residents. FMB resident Randy Belger expressed relief at the news: “Just security is a good thing. Get the lights on the crosswalks on Estero. At night, you can’t see if somebody walks across the street. You got to watch.” Belger, still repairing his home from the storm, highlighted how the new lighting would improve safety and allow residents to continue recovery efforts at all hours. The installed lights are sea turtle-safe, ensuring that the turtles will not be distracted when they hatch or try to lay eggs. An FPL spokesperson stated that the entire project would take at least 15 months to complete, aiming to enhance safety and security on the island. Fire Districts to Merge? Study Approved for Fire District Merger The Fort Myers Beach Board of Fire Commissioners has approved an $83,911 study to explore the potential merger of the FMB Fire District with the Iona-McGregor Fire District. The study cost will be shared between the two districts. FMB Fire Chief Scott Wirth said the feasibility study and analysis would take about eight to nine months. The consultants will present their findings to both fire boards. “We’re hoping to see some reimbursement [for] costs down the road,” said John Bennett, FMB Board of Fire Commissioners Chair. In addition to approving the study, the board authorized Chief Wirth to close on the $3.4 million property purchase on Shrimp Boat Lane on San Carlos Island. The property, cleared of previous violations, will serve as a new administrative office and training tower for the fire department. This property, formerly owned by Trico Shrimp Co., is located next to Erickson & Jensen Seafood and includes dock space that might be shared with the department for shrimp boats. Vice Chair Larry Wood announced that he will not seek another term on the board. Keran Farrell runs for Wood’s vacated seat, while Fleming runs unopposed for another term. Santini Plaza Reopening Santini Plaza Set to Reopen by October Santini Plaza is set to reopen on Fort Myers Beach, with several businesses signing leases to return and new ones joining. After extensive repairs from Hurricane Ian, owner Yariv Shaked is confident that the popular shopping center will be ready by fall. “If things go well, people will open up by October,” Shaked said. New turtle-friendly lighting has been installed in the parking lot, and lease agreements are being finalized with various new and returning tenants. Among the new businesses is New York Pizza & Pasta, which plans to open a new location at Santini Plaza. The restaurant has two locations in Naples and aims to open by late this year or early next year. The Naples restaurant manager said the FMB location would offer similar food but with some differences. “Our culinary journey is more than a business venture – it’s a labor of love,” the manager stated on their website. Before Hurricane Ian, Francesco’s Italian Deli & Pizza was located in Santini Plaza. They will not return, and New York Pizza & Pasta will take over their former unit and possibly expand into adjacent units. Other returning tenants include Annette’s Book Nook, The Islander, Leani’s Casual and Swimwear, Nesbit Realty, and South Beach Grille. Anita Cereceda, operator of The Islander, confirmed her return: “I am absolutely returning to Santini. There was never a plan not to.” Cereceda, who has previously served as mayor and chairs the town’s Local Planning Agency, is optimistic about the plaza’s future. “It’s been difficult for everyone, but the path is pretty clear ahead of me now. I hope to be open this fall and welcome everyone in.” Santini Plaza needed extensive repairs, including a new roof, firewalls, windows, separation walls, drywall, and electrical outlets. The parking lot has also been resurfaced. “I think of it as opening a new business,” Cereceda said. “There was nothing left of the old to reopen. So it will have a new look, new merchandise, new people. And hopefully a warm and inviting space that people will like to come to.” Shaked had to litigate with his insurance carrier over the reimbursement for the damage caused by Hurricane Ian. He purchased Santini Plaza for $18.6 million nine months before the hurricane. For nearly two years, he has had no income from the property while continuing to pay off a mortgage, taxes, and insurance costs. “With no money coming in,” he said, “it’s been a challenge.” Not all former tenants will return. Subway, Estero Island Medical Care, Edward Jones, and Comfort by Design have confirmed they will not be back. The remodeled plaza will feature about 20 store fronts, with some units expanded to accommodate more business space. The FMB Farmer’s Market is set to return to Santini Plaza starting November 5, 2024, and will run through April 4, 2025. The Town Council approved the permit this week, marking the market’s first return since May 2022. Linda Miller, who operates the market, said, “We are excited to revive the Santini Farmers Market beginning November 2024. The South End has been vocal about returning shopping, unique foods, and produce to Santini Plaza, and our vendors are excited to be a part of the return to normalcy after Hurricane Ian.” The Town Council also approved a permit for the Farmer’s Market to return to Times Square from September 9, 2024, to May 31, 2025. Bonita Bill’s Up for Sale Semmer Family Selling Bonita Bill’s The Semmer family is selling Bonita Bill’s restaurant and three other properties for $20 million. Bill Semmer, an electrician who invested in waterfront property on San Carlos Island, passed away in January 2023. His family has decided to sell the properties, which opens up possibilities for redevelopment. Lauri Albion, a broker with SVN Commercial Partners, described the sale as a difficult decision for the family: “All of the kids grew up playing here. It’s very difficult for the family to let go of the property because they’ve been so entrenched in the community.” Bonita Bill’s first opened as a fish house in 1926 and is the centerpiece of the sale, listed at $7.98 million. This includes an adjacent meeting space, the blue Ostego Bay Marine Science Center building, and a parking lot. Nearby Dixie Fish Co. and Doc Ford’s Rum Bar and Grille are not part of the parcel. The Marina on Main, located at 1120, 1120, and 1138 Main St., is listed for $7.75 million. The 1.8acre property, heavily damaged by Hurricane Ian, would require demolition and redevelopment. “There are 50 docks in the back of that property,” Albion said. “It has the potential to be redeveloped into an absolutely beautiful project.” Two other properties are also for sale: a site on Seaside Drive zoned Marine Industrial and Agricultural, listed at $2.14 million, and a 39unit indoor self-storage facility on Buttonwood Drive, listed at $1.3 million. The latter two properties could be combined with adjacent properties being sold by other brokers for a continuous development with bayfront access. Bill Semmer also owned and operated Semmer Electric. “These other projects were his passions,” Albion said, referring to the marina and restaurant. “He just loved people and getting them together, having a good time.” Bonita Bill’s may be the only property spared from redevelopment, depending on the new owner’s plans. The buildings will turn 100 years old in two years, and their future depends on the new owner’s wishes. In the meantime, Bonita Bill’s remains open. “I think that the bones are here for somebody to come in and either grow the Bonita Bill’s brand or bring in a new brand,” Albion said. “I know a lot of good people who come down here, the regulars, the tourists, the locals would like to see it remain very much as it is.” High-Rise Condos for Fort Myers Beach? Developer Plans Condo Buildings on RV Park Site Seagate Development plans to build 17-story luxury condos on the Red Coconut RV Park site. The proposal includes villas, a beachfront restaurant, a private beach club, and a pedestrian walkway. Renderings show two 17-story residential buildings with over 130 condo units, pools, and cabanas. Some locals, like Jeff Hinsperger, are concerned it will spoil the town’s charm. “We like the old fisherman town, too bad the hurricane happened. Margaritaville is not Fort Myers Beach, and high rises will make it even worse,” said Hinsperger, who has visited FMB for 20 years. Another long-time visitor, Jeffery Depasquale, sees potential benefits. “I like the idea of shops and restaurants, bars, that type of thing, but the 17 stories I don’t love,” Depasquale said. “I think it takes away from the beach a little bit, but also, times change when they have a situation like they have here.” Fran Myers, who previously owned the Red Coconut with her husband Thomas Myers, sold the property to Seagate for $52 million last year. She believes the developer is keeping their promises. “I know nobody likes towers, but I think if the folks on Fort Myers each take a deep breath and really give Seagate a chance,” Myers said. “The good thing is the beachfront is going to be mostly open. When the trailers were there at, the beachside was always full.” The Local Planning Agency and the town must approve the project. The shocking attack, which killed a retired fire chief and injured two others, has put a spotlight on significant security lapses within the Secret Service under the leadership of Director Kimberly Cheatle. In 1978 Judge Curtin, ordered the Buffalo PD to hire an equal number of minority applicants and so they did. Of the 15 new cadets, one was a white male. Out of the class of 15 from BPD, 8 failed! I spoke to BPD Commissioner Cunningham and asked why he didn’t fire the 8 and he said, “Ask Judge Curtin”. So I did! Curtin said that the order made the PDs give them a chance by hiring them but he did not say they can’t be fired! When I told Cunningham what Curtin said…he laughed and said try it! I had a good relationship with Judge Curtin as we, Judge Curtin and I, just had an appeal of conviction sustained by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. The appeal was based on the interview of the Defendant in a Bank Robbery case . They rejected the Defense’s Appeal and here to for, NEVER done, according to Judge Curtin… the Appeal court commended the Agent, for doing the exact, correct action and recommended he be Commended. Which Judge Curtin said was a first by the Appellate court. By a letter to the prosecuting attorney, Matt Murphy, to a letter to FBI Director, to a Commendation with Monetary Award, to the case Agent, yours truly. I had many but only one recommended by the 2nd Circuit! Ok, we need more Secret Service Agents for Trumps detail…Mayorkas, the Boss ( ...not even a minimum hire), answer, NO! Hm…let’s put an even number of men and woman on Trump’s detail, for the closest line of protection for Trump…what … no objection? I guess he deserves the very best, minimum, we can do without offending any woman or little people…that’s more important than anything! Now that we resolved that, let’s question some of the failures without blaming ANYBODY as an investigation is underway and the Director has to be given a chance to explain, and then blame somebody else, before we fire her and commend those who used their bodies, as small as some were, to protect President Trump! First and foremost is “Line Of Sight”! EVERY line of sight to the President MUST be protected! If not possible, use bullet proof plates. use your body, or change position…BUT under no circumstance leave the President, uncovered! Clear the immediate area around the president for explosives and from that point forward only allow those necessary and vetted into the Clean area around the President, and do NOT allow any unvetted, searched people or things in that clean area! Protection details are all difficult and very dangerous, especially outdoors. That’s why we must take extra precautions, extra trained personnel, on every outdoor event. There must be drone coverage up to“On Stage” and vulnerable. Here we have to make a decision, Drones or No Drones. My opinion would be Drones until the President steps into the danger zone and absolutely NONE thereafter. Any drone in the air must be destroyed, in my opinion. All the other “things” are common sense…metal detectors, bomb dog, tall buildings, no knapsacks inside the danger zone. React to what the citizens point out…every single one can be either friend or foe, stay alert for the obvious… like a man with a gun on a direct line of sight elevated area, with a range finder. This Secret Service Director, former buddy of useless Jill who has an imagined Doctor degree… really…yea her husband has to address her as Doctor, for real, I wouldn’t lie about a thing like that, their dog dimed Joe out…for real and then we ate him!!!?
