Page 1 The Sun Bay Paper March 20, 2025 March 20, 2025 Volume 9 Issue 27 From Island to Bay, News on the Level production@sunbaypaper.com www.sunbaypaper.com Right... All Along Digital Version The Right Side The Head of the Snake I have been writing about the Obama coup and all those related issues and am finding that I have been correct on all fronts! But during the four years of Obama and Obiden‘s full blown attack attempting to bankrupt America, most seemed reluctant to accept the facts. They didn’t believe that it was possible for anybody to do that… “No Way” that could happen. Now… everybody believes …none dared call it treason…except me! NOBODY had the BALLS! Now my readers, most of you, have come to realize that everything I wrote and am still writing IS TRUE! Like what? Like the border crisis was 100% intentional and a big part of the coup! The bankrupting of all social programs worked in conjunction with the open borders. We must pay for all those poor illegal aliens …put them in $1,500.00 per day lodging. Give them EBT cards worth hundreds…thousands…hand everybody free cell phones, smartphones, cash, non-pork meals. We watched Muslims desecrate our houses, provided by us, with their hygiene habits, correction, lack thereof, and throw perfectly good food into the garbage! Obama/ Obiden drained FEMA to zero! FEMA told Ft Myers Beach… “You are on your own” …Georgia, Carolina etc., no money, Joe spent it all! Commodities disruption was... is intentional…stop oil, natural gas power plants, intentional and part of the Obama scheme…AND IT WAS WORKING. Incompetent staff were intentionally picked. If you are a dummy, you can get away with, “Duh…I don’t know.” Ever hear that from Obiden’s so called staff…Yellen, Buttigieg, Jean-Pierre, Granholm …all IQ of carp!?! IF TRUMP LOST, WE WOULD NOT BE FREE TO TALK ABOUT IT AND WE WOULD BE UNDER MARTIAL LAWWITH OBIDEN TAKING ORDERS FROM HUSSEIN, my opinion! All that we are finding out cannot be accepted by the Democraps. All that they are doing now is what they know how to do …DESTROY EVERYTHING. What the FBI Director needs to do is to take off the heads of the snakes…and I believe there are three that must be charged with their crimes, arrested and jailed. They are James Comey, Joe Biden and Hussein Obama. There is Probable Cause (PC) to arrest all three NOW. We will have NO peace until Obama is in solitary confinement awaiting the electric chair and I will volunteer to throw the switch. In my opinion, he is totally responsible for ALL our problems! Comey is the easiest and confessed to many crimes, trying to show how honest he is…that lying, leaking, stealing FBI property (evidence). Lying to the FISA Court is okay if you confess on TV about some things…not! Sabotaging the Hillary Clinton investigation. That may be saved. If I knew all the details of what she lied about and what she was promised and by whom, I would be able to tell. Either way, Comey believes he can talk his way out because he confessed to many felonies… as if that was like drinking a glass of water! He MUST be charged. It’s not up to the FBI to determine if he is innocent or guilty. The FBI puts forth the evidence…like the signed FISA affidavits and the jury decides! Prima facie evidence… what Comey did is NOT forgivable. Remember, a high-ranking agent admitted the FBI would stop Trump! There is much more, but I don’t want to let the cat completely out of the bag. Arrest him and make certain he is charged with participation in the coup as a co-conspirator. We really need a RICO case. Then get somebody who is the best interviewer, and you are going to have to look for a retired agent from 25/30 years ago who worked criminal cases and was successful!! The next easiest or maybe even easier is Joe Biden. Biden is toast. He has boxed himself into such a corner …he has no way out. First of all, how does he want to be tried... as fully capable or incompetent? I believe he is too arrogant to want to plead incompetent! If he does plead, he doesn’t know what he was doing. Then all those he and (Obama) protected are toast. Who told you to open the border? Who told you to shut down the Keystone and other pipelines… to stop drilling for natural gas, oil. What he did, he will be throwing his family, staff, Obama …all who had anything to do with his presidency…under the bus! And talk they will… let’s make a deal…once you make arrests the deals will come rolling in and it’s first come first serve! Valerie Jarrett could be a good witness as she knows all the dirty little secrets. But she won’t talk…want to bet? Biden cannot claim he was incompetent when he stole all those government documents and whatever else he took. I don’t want to give up too much …and there is much more. Obama is a different story in that he has the most to lose…his life! If you step back and look at all the dastardly, illegal things he has gotten away with …so far…it’s hard to find the starting place…or is it? The evidence shows that Obama was NOT born here… any jury outside of California, NY and WDC would agree. The evidence put together is “without a doubt” strong evidence! His actions as a President were like a criminal on a drunk spree…gave ISIS US munitions from Iraq and Iran, gave Iran containers full of usable, untraceable money…hundreds of billions of dollars! His big mistake was Biden. Biden will throw Obama under the bus when he realizes what I say is true. His only problem will be staying alive long enough to make a deal…and make a deal in my opinion, he will do, IF THE RIGHT PEOPLE ARE RUNNING THE INVESTIGATION. J. Page 3 The Sun Bay Paper March 20, 2025 USAID v. Trump WASHINGTON -- I don’t like the way President Donald Trump abruptly fired swaths of federal workers during his first weeks back in office. But I know why he did it this way. Trump campaigned on a promise to cut the size of government -- and this go-round, he’s actually doing it. The administration has offered buyout packages, which some 77,000 federal workers have accepted, eliminated thousands more jobs and instituted a 90-day freeze on foreign aid, now an issue before the U.S. Supreme Court. Richard Stern, director of the conservative Heritage Foundation’s Grover M. Hermann Center for the Federal Budget, told me he would prefer a thoughtful mechanism for targeting and eliminating wasteful spending. But what Trump has done the past month “is the only option left open.” Much of the focus in Washington has been on the Agency for International Development, after the Trump administration laid off around 2,000 employees -- or some 20% of USAID’s workforce. Laid-off workers have held protests in front of the USAID headquarters -- located inside a piece of prime D.C. real estate, the stately Ronald Reagan Building -- as they’ve appeared leaving their offices, hauling boxes of belongings and talking to reporters about the harsh reality of having 15 minutes to pack up their personal things. “The Trump administration only gave them 15 minutes to be able to go in and get all their possessions and leave, and telling them never to come back,” Sen. Andy Kim, D-N.J., said during a video he recorded in front of the Ronald Reagan Building and posted on X. Kim got his start in government working at USAID. About those 15 minutes. I’m stuck at the selective outrage in this story. Anyone who has worked for a corporation knows that when a company fires and lays off workers, it’s a standard practice to get them out the door without incident. Those 15 minutes cut down on the drama and opportunities for mischief. So when I watched Kim, I couldn’t help but think about workers in the private sector who lose their jobs with little fanfare and no expectation that news stories will get them reemployed. Starbucks just announced it was cutting 1,100 employees. Grubhub announced it is laying off more than 20% of its workforce. Earlier this month, Chevron announced it will lay off 15% to 20% of its global workforce by the end of 2026. Workers in the private sector generally don’t expect their jobs to last until they are ready to move on. Now it’s time for public-sector workers to understand that their jobs aren’t guaranteed for life. Let me get back to USAID, which made itself an easy target for Trump. An agency that was supposed to fund food, housing and other humanitarian assistance also blew money on consultants to teach people in Africa about climate change ($520 million), teach folks in Kazakhstan how to fight internet trolls ($4.5 million) and fund a $20,000 program to help LGBT individuals vote in Honduras. The U.S. national debt exceeds $36 trillion. That’s more than $270,000 per household. “You’re talking about decades and decades” of overspending, Stern noted. As far as he is concerned, Trump “is demonstrating leadership.” Contact Review-Journal Washington columnist Debra J. Saunders at dsaunders@reviewjournal.com. Follow @debrajsaunders on X. The claims are so over the top, they practically sparkle. The messages flood in from every direction -- email, TV, radio, social media and sometimes even hand delivery by a very enthusiastic “friend.” “Make over half a million dollars every four to five months from home with a one-time investment of just $25!” “Become a millionaire overnight -- just place classified ads on Instagram!” “Erase bad credit! Open a brand-new credit file with a fresh Social Security number! Totally legal!” (Spoiler: It’s not.) “No money down! Zero interest! No payments! Just sign here!” “Borrow all you can! Focus on studying, not working! Pay it back fast with your high-paying dream job!” “Ground-floor opportunity! Get in early! It’s guaranteed to work!” And the granddaddy of them all: “Make $4,000 a week at home stuffing envelopes!” The problem isn’t that these ridiculous claims exist -- the problem is that we keep falling for them. Over and over. And over. Imagine for a moment how different life might be if we hadn’t bought into pyramid schemes, too-goodto-be-true promises or the belief that we can have everything we want right now with zero effort. So why do we do it? Why do we get that momentary “what if?” when another ship to riches sails across our inbox? WE’RE GREEDY We want what we see. We want what others have. And honestly? We want it all. Somewhere along the way, we convinced ourselves that we’re entitled to unlimited wealth. But the truth is, we aren’t entitled to anything. The air we breathe? A gift. The freedoms we enjoy? A gift. Yet here we are, clicking on a sketchy ad promising financial freedom from someone standing in front of a rented mansion. WE DON’T LIVE ACCORDING TO OUR VALUES We know stealing is wrong. We’d never walk into a store and pocket a handful of cash from the register. Yet somehow we manage to convince ourselves that a multi-level marketing “opportunity” is different -- even when it survives solely by siphoning money from all the poor souls at the bottom. We know it’s wrong to use people, but when that “can’t-miss” scheme comes knocking, suddenly we’re pestering our friends and family, pitching them on the “ground-floor” deal of a lifetime. WE DON’T WANT TO WORK Why do we love the idea of a college education paid for by student loans? Why do we fantasize about retiring at 40? And why are the most popular work-from-home scams the ones that promise huge paychecks for only a few hours of effort? Because deep down, we don’t want to work for it. We want wealth, education and success handed to us on a silver platter, preferably with no interest and deferred payments. WE WANT IT RIGHT NOW Some say we live in a “microwave culture,” but honestly, a microwave isn’t even fast enough anymore. We want instant success, instant wealth and instant gratification -- even if we haven’t earned it. Why save when we can finance? Why build a career when we can invest in whatever crypto is hot this week? WE DON’T TRUST OUR INSTINCTS We know you can’t get something for nothing. We know there’s always a catch. And we definitely know that finagling a new Social Security number isn’t legal. (Pro tip: It’s not only illegal -- it’s a felony.) So why, when these slick offers land in our laps, do we suddenly question our common sense? Maybe because we lack the confidence to trust what we already know to be true. WE LACK CONTENTMENT If we were truly grateful for what we have, we wouldn’t be so easily lured by every empty promise and ridiculous get-rich-quick scheme. If we could hit pause on wanting more, we might finally realize that what we already have is more than we deserve. So what’s the cure for gullibility? A healthy dose of skepticism, a commitment to research and the courage to think things through logically. And let’s be honest -- it doesn’t hurt to have a go-to response ready for the next too-good-to-be-true pitch. Something like, “Oh, please tell me you’re joking!” works beautifully. Because in the end, the best way to keep from falling for nonsense is to remind ourselves that if it sounds too good to be true -- well, you already know the rest. March 20, 2025 The Sun Bay Paper Page 4 LETTER TO PRESIDENT TRUMP MR. PRESIDENT, In 1979, President Jimmy Carter…in response to Iran taking 53 US citizens and college students hostage…deported THOUSANDS of Iranian college students. He also banned any Iranian citizens from entering the US. Democrats challenged his actions, and the Supreme Court upheld Carter’s actions stating that a President has PLENARY power over who comes into the US. That’s correct… his own party! That’s an example of just how stupid that party was then and is now! Not opinion … FACT! Carter is totally responsible for the hostage situation, totally… by replacing the Shau of Iran, a great ally, with the Ayatollah! You see, Carters’ brain-dead advisors told him that the Ayatollah was a compassionate humanitarian and would be wonderful! Plenary power means that a sitting President can stop ANYBODY, not a US citizen, from entering the US for ANY reason…WITH NO EXPLANATION! It could be because of race, creed, religion, color of their skin. Every president going back to Carter and beyond has banned someone for some reason. Here’s the authority, “Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate…” Every President from Carter to current utilized that proclamation…Reagan, Bush #1, Clinton, Bush #2, Hussein, and Trump! Every time somebody challenged that proclamation, the court has ruled 9 to 0 for the President…one would think the left would give it up! When a NATION says they are going to kill us and then does kill thousands of Americans because we are infidels, we MUST respond! We are Infidels because we believe in Christianity and NOT Islam…and we are/have been at war with Islam since President Jefferson for certain and before! It’s time to put an end to that! It’s NOT Democraps trying to “Fundamentally Change America”. IT IS BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA with a “little” help from a friend…Soros…my opinion! Here’s just one reason why we must stop playing with Islam. It’s in the very first Amendment to our Constitution… the separation of Church and State! It goes to the core of our religion, our survival, our Unalienable Right to Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, and Islam is the biggest threat to our Constitutional Republic! Hussein Obama’s ideology, Islam, does NOT believe in any part of our Constitution or Bill of Rights…Church and State are ONE…how can anyone swear to honor two diametrically opposed governments? They cannot! Makes you wonder what makes Hussein tick…doesn’t it? How could any human being be that despicable… swearing to his Oath to the Office of President and hands our biggest and to date the most deadly enemy…Iran’s Islam… the money and methods to kill us? He has no conscience, none. We MUST have separation of Church and State and Islam does NOT, and they kill those who disagree with their beliefs. Ask ANY Muslim. It is the foundation of Islam, and they kill those who oppose. Ask anyone who lost a loved one in the Twin Towers or the Pentagon or the crash in a field in PA! Mr. President, put that BAN back on Islam and those other nations like you did before but this time LEAVE IT ON FOREVER, make it a law. Deport all of those who believe in the teachings of the Quran!!! Read it as I have, and you’ll see why they will NEVER stop the hatred towards NON-BELIEVERS …INFIDELS! Look at what Hussein-Obiden working together did to your country. You said that it’s impossible for the US to go bankrupt because of our assets. I disagreed. You know for certain Hussein is behind ALL that has happened. He brought the country to the edge and we’re STILL there. He will not stop until he is tried, convicted and sentenced! The penalty for treason is the death penalty! Even if he is jailed, he would have to be in solitary confinement so he cannot communicate with his co-conspirators. It’s been reported that Hussein retained his 250 campaign offices and thousands of employees. If true…whose paying for that? What possible reason could there be… treason…that’s it? How many treasonous acts did he commit? He must be charged and if convicted, he deserves the death penalty. How many US Military men and women were killed with what ISIS took? Hussein-Obiden allowed ISIS to take billions in military munitions and equipment involving top secret night vision goggles that were so new they had not been issued to our soldiers! All during the Iraq-Iran withdrawals. Then there’s Iran to whom he gave literally a shipload of cash and military equipment. Then there was China, and our Bagram Air Base, all of Afghanistan’s lithium and cadmium from the largest deposits in the world! Jailing Hussein should be Director Patel’s top priority. Hussein will not stop until he is stopped. On the home front, about Presidential appointments…when I was an Agent (for 30 years), every time the Administration changed presidents …it was mandatory ALL US Attorneys SUBMIT their letters of resignation so the new President can appoint who HE desires! Has that changed? If not, how about doing something about that left wing, red commie pinko Southern District of New York and getting rid of ALL the tree huggers starting with (if you haven’t done so yet) the US Attorney and his top assistants and make them “right”? Make that District more…much more, like the Eastern District! From someone who knows…yours truly! Clean out the Civil Rights Section at DOJ…COMPLETELY! Do not appoint even one Democrap lawyer …make it 100% Republican and don’t let anybody tell you it’s not fair. Holder had 20 years to screw up DOJ and he did! Locate those who were held in contempt for violating court orders SEVERAL times and should have been fired and charged with obstruction, evidence tampering, ignoring court orders and to stop giving immigrants citizenship! Those “Holderites” were Eric’s hit team to find something on the police instead of the bad guys and if they can’t…make it up! It should be easy because the Texas court prohibited all those DOJ lawyers from appearing in the some 37 federal districts involved in the matter that led the judge to take away their court privileges! Then look to the WDC District … it’s a bigger joke than the Manhattan’s Southern District! I personally have never had any dealings with the WDC District, just what I know about the system. I had many with the Southern. I don’t know for certain if closing the FBI WFO …yet…is a good idea. We don’t want to be chasing all over to find them. Keep them close…and start lie detectors, pick an operator from other than WDC area! Do the entire WFO! Change all those who were involved in Comey’s Clowns but wait…give some thought to this. That will be very easy between the paper trail and interviews. You can make deals… many will flip. Lie detector tests and those who refuse are top suspects, guaranteed. Comey threw McCabe and others under the bus, “NO I didn’t give anybody orders to leak info” … contradictory to what McCabe said! Who handled the Hillary debacle …that’s the one person I want to interview. I would make McCabe come clean. It would be the Treason/RICO case …and I believe McCabe has MUCH more to tell…or go to jail! You need to have certain people handy… let them compare notes…its investigators’ picnic. Then let’s start prosecuting these rioters from other than the US and those crossing state lines… get it out of the local courts and make it federal. We do have the laws to do it… crossing state lines to incite. Trump Towers is a good example…get them in Federal Court. Any Southern District AUSAs who balk …fire him/her. There are many charges that can be brought, so bring them. When a so called “Federal Judge” tries to stop your actions with a court order that is out of line…defund his/her entire staff! Order GSA to not fund his utility bills, lock him out of his court room and do everything you can to interrupt his interference of your day-to-day running of the biggest corporation in the freaking world. You cannot fire him but can make him pay for his own office!! He’ll get the idea! Do it to every federal judge who oversteps his bounds! Ignore what you believe is an illegal order… Obiden did, Hussein did… J. Gary DiLaura, FBI RET therightsidejgarydilaura.com

March 20, 2025 The Sun Bay Paper Page 6 Before I begin today’s column, which questions some of President Donald Trump’s planned staff reductions at the Social Security Administration, let me confess that at the end of the column, I point out that I might be dead wrong! So, let’s begin. Imagine that you owned a successful business that was gaining 10,000 new customers each day, with all the market projections saying that trend would continue for many more years. Would you be hiring new staff and opening new outlets to keep up with the demand? Or would you be cutting back on employees, reducing office hours and closing facilities? If you were in the private sector, I guarantee you would be doing the former. But in the wacky world of government funding and operations, the latter is the norm. Take as an example my former employer: the Social Security Administration. In each of the last 10 years, around 10,000 people a day have been retiring and signing up for Social Security benefits. That is expected to continue for another dozen years or more. In other words, SSA workloads are booming! What has been our government leader’s response to that? Budget cutbacks and staffing cuts. During Trump’s first term, he ordered a 15% across-the-board cut in government staffing, including the SSA. And now, Elon Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency are mandating another huge reduction in staff. If you think that these cuts are merely reversing all the growth in government that happened during years when Democrats were in power, well, you are simply wrong. Let’s use the SSA as an example. Throughout the 2000s, no matter which political party was in power, the agency’s operating budget dropped by about 20% while workloads continued to increase dramatically. And if you also think that the SSA, just like any other government agency, has a bloated administrative budget that could stand some trimming, well, think again. Out of every dollar collected in Social Security taxes, less than one penny goes toward running the agency that maintains earnings records for almost every worker in this country and pays monthly benefits to about 69 million Americans. I think it would be darn near impossible to find one single successful business in the private sector that works with a 1% overhead. When I started working for the SSA in the early 1970s, I was one of about 82,000 relatively happy and proud employees working for one of the best-run agencies in all of government. The SSA consistently won awards for public service and administrative responsibility. I liked the phrase one of my co-workers always used: “The SSA is an honorable institution engaged in a noble public purpose.” Local Social Security offices were well-run, clean and efficient. I worked in several of those offices in small towns and medium-sized cities across the country. They were pleasant places to work and pleasant places to visit. I enjoyed the time I had to sit down with the people who came in who were filing for any of the various kinds of Social Security benefits. I was able to take the time to not only explain all the (often complicated) Social Security rules that applied to them but also to simply chat and ask them how their day was going. I always kept in the back of my mind that even though this was just an everyday job for me, it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for the customer. I tried -- and maybe more importantly, I was given the opportunity -- to make sure it was as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, now it’s a different world and a different SSA. Those 82,000 employees I worked with in the ‘70s and ‘80s have been trimmed down to about 60,000. The Trump/Musk cuts are planned to reduce SSA staffing to 50,000. Of course, the catchphrase for staff reductions is “work smarter, not harder.” Well, catchphrases can only go so far. With reduced staff and resources, it’s all about numbers, efficiency and time management. Walking in off the street to visit a pleasant local Social Security office to maybe ask some Social Security questions and possibly file for benefits while having a little chat with a happy employee has become a pipe dream. Now you must call the SSA’s toll-free number and wait on hold for a long time (some readers have told me for two hours or more) to make an appointment. Then, you will probably wait weeks or even a month or more for that appointment. And sadly, the SSA rep you finally get to talk to has neither the training nor the time that I had and probably does not have the esprit de corps that I had either. (Let me quickly note here that you, as a potential SSA customer, can “work smarter, not harder” by using the agency’s website to conduct much of your Social Security business.) Other SSA workloads are also suffering. For example, the disability story is a pretty bleak tale. It takes the SSA six to eight months to process a claim for disability benefits. About 65% of those first-time claims are denied, meaning hundreds of thousands of people appeal their claims to a Social Security judge. The average wait time for that hearing is about 15 months. Those numbers keep getting worse as the SSA’s budget and workforce are continually reduced. Having said all that, let me now reverse course. Maybe I’m wrong! Maybe these are just the musings of an old codger (I’m 75) pining for the “good old days” that just aren’t anymore. Maybe Trump and Musk are not out to do permanent damage to the SSA. Maybe, as a recent agency press release pointed out, they are merely shifting resources from administrative positions to field office positions. Maybe a leaner and more targeted workforce is the way to go. Who knows -- maybe artificial intelligence bots will do a better job of consoling an old woman who just lost her husband of 50 years while helping her file for widow’s benefits than I ever did. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. But gosh, I sure do miss those good old days! Tom Margenau If you have a Social Security question, Tom Margenau has two books with all the answers. Page 7 The Sun Bay Paper March 20, 2025 Use Plastic Plumbing for Simplicity Dear James: I plan to add a new bathroom, and some old plumbing should also be replaced. I’m not comfortable using a torch and solder, so would plastic plumbing be good? -- Laura W. Dear Laura: Sweating copper plumbing together with a torch and solder sounds intimidating, but it actually is quite easy after a short learning curve. Using plastic plumbing is certainly a viable alternative, and many firsttime do-it-yourselfers feel more comfortable working with it. Various types of plastic material are used for piping for various plumbing applications. Everyone thinks of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) pipe first. It is ideal for all types of DWV (drain-waste-vent) systems, but not for water supply lines, especially hot water lines. For supply lines, hot and cold, which have water pressure in them, rigid CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) can be used. It is often a beige color to make it easy to distinguish from standard PVC. Flexible BU (polybutylene) can also be used for hot and cold supply lines. It is usually a gray or beige color. The two basic ways to connect your plastic plumbing system pieces together are by solvent welding or mechanical couplings. Solvent welding, used on PVC and CPVC piping, is the simplest to do and nearly foolproof. Flexible BU piping must be connected with mechanical couplings. Solvent welding is a very straightforward and simple process. The solvent causes the chains in the plastic molecular structure to break down. This is why the plastic gets gooey when you apply the solvent. When the two pieces are assembled and the solvent dries, new molecular chains are formed across the joint, creating a single piece. Try to purchase all your piping and fittings at the same store to ensure that they are made by the same manufacturer. Although there are standard piping sizes, there is a better chance that they will fit together perfectly with the proper clearance for a successful solvent weld joint. Inspect the end of the piece of pipe that you want to weld to a fitting. Look for any fine cracks or gouges that may result in a leaky joint. Make sure the end of the pipe is square so it seats well in the fitting. If it is not square, saw it off with a hack saw or a plastic pipe cutter. If you are cutting a lot of pipe, purchase a special plastic saw blade for a power chop or miter saw. Use a utility knife or a hand file on an angle to remove any burrs on the edge of the pipe. Avoid using sandpaper, because you may remove excess plastic off the outside of the pipe. A tight fit between the pipe and the inside of the fitting is critical for a good solvent weld. Purchase a primer/cleaner for the plastic pipe. It can be applied with a brush or a clean cloth. Its purpose is to remove dirt, especially oils and grease, from the mating surfaces. Don’t touch the mating surfaces after they are cleaned. Make sure you have plenty of ventilation and no open flames nearby. Brush a coating of the solvent (make sure it is the proper solvent for the type of plastic pipe) on the pipe and inside the fitting. Put a heavy coat on the pipe and a lighter coat in the fitting. Push them together and give them a slight twist. Hold them for a moment until they feel tight. March 20, 2025 The Sun Bay Paper Page 8 In 2017, President Trump, in his first Administration, issued his ban on immigrants from seven predominantly Muslim countries, relying on a 65-year-old provision of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act. It was not 200 years old and the Democraps tried to stop him with the Supreme Court. In a 5-4 ruling the Supreme Court gave broad leeway to presidential authority. The U.S. Supreme Court upheld President Trump’s travel ban that barred nearly all travelers from five mainly Muslim countries as well as North Korea and Venezuela. The president’s proclamation was “squarely within the scope of Presidential authority under the INA,” the court wrote in its majority opinion, referring to the Immigration and Nationality Act. “The provision gives presidents broad authority to ban individual immigrants or groups of immigrants. Presidents haven’t hesitated to use it. Barack Obama invoked it 19 times, Bill Clinton 12 times, George W. Bush 6 times and Ronald Reagan 5 times. George H.W. Bush invoked it once.” (January 31, 2017 - Ann W. Simmons and Alen Zarim, World & Nation) Executive Authority The President, as head of the executive branch, has broad authority to enforce immigration laws, including those related to alien entry and exclusion. It’s called Plenary Authority! By proclamation a president can, without explanation to anybody, reject or remove ANY illegal, non-US citizen for, virtually, any unnamed reason. He doesn’t have to tell this radical, criminal judge or anybody else anything! There is PC NOW, sufficient to arrest this judge for a multiple choice of crimes…all Title 18. In US Code, T18S1500 §1502. Whoever knowingly and willfully obstructs, resists, or opposes an extradition agent of the United States in the execution of his duties, shall be fined. Title 18 of the U.S. Code, specifically sections 871, 1752, and 3056, addresses intentional interference with the President, including threats, interference with ingress/egress to protected areas, and obstruction of Secret Service agents. Had he forced, by any means, the return of 300 murderous, violent criminals who are designated by the US Government (his boss), to be terrorists … and attempted to release them back into society … he would have been, IN MY OPINION, immediately arrested for a multitude of criminal acts, placed in solitary confinement until he regains a spark of reality and has had a full psychiatric examination and blood tests for drugs. Criminals who were legally deported don’t get to come back into the US. He would have been immediately removed from the bench for aiding and abetting 300, seriously, terrorists…endangering hundreds of lawmen and criminal negligence. This Judge James Boasberg has overstepped his bounds. He must believe that he cannot be touched... arrested for his actions… he must believe he has to be impeached before he’s arrested… not so! If he, while he’s a judge, robbed a bank, we, pardon me, the FBI, could and would arrest him. If he took money illegally … the FBI could and would arrest him. If he interferes with the President of these United States, preventing him from carrying out his duties as President… or his employees, from performing their sworn duties …to protect the citizens and their right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, the FBI can arrest him. If he commits sedition, treason, or conspires to prevent sworn officers of the US from arresting illegal aliens and causes injury to lawmen… obstruction/ interference of an arrest… he may be on the receiving end of the 5th amendment. During my 30-year FBI career, I arrested a mayor, several lawyers, a councilman, a local judge, a police officer, assisted on the arrest of a US congressman and literally over a thousand bad guys. Cont. on pg 9 PLENARY POWER OF PRESIDENT

Page 9 The Sun Bay Paper March 20, 2025 Cont. from pg 8 That’s not an exaggeration …I was on the two most active squads in the entire FBI. We handled about 300 truck hijacking/kidnappings and solved 67% and I led on recoveries my last year… in the millions and on a 35-man bank robbery (BR) squad we handled 500 bank robberies a year… LA had 250. We solved about 70%, I had 57 BR arrests my last year! After 6 years in the NYO and one year in my first office where I captured an armed bank robber during his getaway, rescued a 5 year old kidnap victim, solved a robbery/police killing and arrested the subject who was an IO fugitive, and with my partners, Jim and Dennis, we arrested over 200 fugitives, many were fugitive deserters, some were escape federal prisoners. If I were still on the job…you my friend, would be in jail and paying a very large lawyer bill. Keep in mind, municipal/federal employees who are found guilty of punitive damages in a civil lawsuit (injured lawman, for example, because of your interference), MUST pay their own damages. By law, the municipality cannot pay punitive damages. Judge, where were you when Obiden/Obama were smuggling in illegals by plane from all over South America… that’s right, a President using our money to smuggle in unknowns? I’ll bet some of the a--holes on that plane were on the Obama/Obiden Express that you tried to turn around. Judge, you must be confused… you are supposed to remove and NOT bring in illegals! That’s what Obiden/Obama did…THAT was illegal. So, where the hell were you while that was going on? I wonder if that was Misprision of a Felony…another crime you may have committed… as a judge! Put the BAD GUYS in jail and not help them to come into America… illegally. Listen, Obama and Holder ignored an injunction issued by a Texas district judge to DOJ to stop giving immunity to aliens who illegally enter into the US and giving them citizenship. They ignored his orders! He prohibited all the DOJ attorneys who participated in violating that court order from appearing in any of the some 37 Districts. That was it. Obama /Holder did nothing! Obiden ignored the Supreme Court’s orders to stop Affirmative Action. What happened after he disobeyed the Supreme Court? He changed the name and created DEI! So much for the Supreme Court! Mr. President, ask Newt Gingrich how they handled a judge just like this one! J. Gary DiLaura, FBI RET Owner, SBP Media LLC therightsidejgarydilaura.com OPINION: PLENARY POWER, cont.

March 20, 2025 The Sun Bay Paper Page 10 Clarifying the DOGE Allegations About Social Security Many readers have been emailing me asking for my help in understanding the allegations made by Elon Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency about sloppy recordkeeping at the Social Security Administration. Here are three typical questions. Q: What is going on with the DOGE reports about Social Security recipients who are supposedly 120 years old? Q: Elon Musk says that there are millions of people in Social Security files who are at least 150 years old. Who is cashing all the checks sent to these obviously nonexistent people? Q: I’ve heard that millions of people well over 100 years old are being sent Social Security checks every month. What’s going on? Let me begin by making this key point. The Social Security records in question are NOT Social Security benefit payment records. Those records are meticulously maintained and updated constantly. Every single study I’ve ever seen, by both government and private sector oversight groups, has shown that Social Security benefit payments are remarkably correct -- with about 99.8% accuracy. So, despite all these ridiculous rumors to the contrary, Social Security benefit checks are NOT being sent to people who died a long time ago. The mismanaged records in question belong to a completely separate set of files maintained by the Social Security Administration. They are the Social Security number files. Internally (within the SSA), it is called the Numident file. This is a file of every Social Security number that has ever been issued and some corresponding data about the person to whom that number was issued. I’m in that file. You’re in that file. Anyone who has ever had a Social Security number is in that file. The data in that file comes from the form you filled out when you got your first Social Security card. To refresh your memory (because most people reading this probably got their SSN card 50 or 60 years ago), the form asked for your name, your date and place of birth and your parents’ names. So, all those records (hundreds of millions of them) make up the Numident file. Now, I can’t stress enough that the Numident file has nothing to do with other key files maintained by the SSA, such as earnings record files for all working Americans and the beneficiary payment files for everyone getting a monthly Social Security check. The problem is that even though Social Security earnings records and beneficiary payment records are constantly maintained and updated, especially when someone dies, those reports of death did not always get transferred over to the Numident files. I can think of an example of how that might happen. Say John Doe was born in 1900 and got a Social Security number in 1935. Then, he died in 1938, having never been married or had children. Back then, there was no need to report that death to the Social Security Administration because there were no benefit payments to stop and no survivor benefits to apply for. So, the Numident file for John Doe will show no date of death. And that means you could look at that file and say that the SSA has a record of a guy (John Doe) who is 125 years old. And then you multiply that John Doe story by a million other instances like that and you come up with a Numident file that has not been properly maintained. (But to be fair and put things in perspective, those incorrect files are a small percentage of the whole universe of SSN records.) On the one hand, you could say, “What’s the big deal if John Doe’s date of death is not recorded in the Numident file if it has nothing to do with the SSA’s other, more important files such as earnings records and beneficiary payment data?” On the other hand, it is still a case of sloppy recordkeeping by the SSA, and those Numident files should be updated to show proper dates of death for everyone. Here’s another way of looking at this story. Suppose Betty Crocker was proud of the fact that she maintained an absolutely immaculate house. Every room is meticulously cleaned each day, everything is in its place and there is never a spot of dust to be found anywhere. But Betty does have one room down in the corner of the basement that she rarely enters. It’s a storage room of sorts where, because of her scrupulous habits, everything is mostly in order. But she still has some stray clutter in it that she’s been meaning to get to someday. Because Betty spends so much time keeping the rest of her place in tip-top shape, she just hasn’t had the time to get down to the storage room to clean it. Then, one day, Betty learns that the people at Good Housekeeping Magazine are coming over to inspect her house. When they arrive, she proudly opens the door, ready to show off all her hard work. But lo and behold, they head straight for the basement and go into her storage room. They are shocked by the disarray and proceed to write a story accusing Betty of being a sloppy housekeeper. The story goes viral, and now poor Betty is shamed across the country. Furthermore, the Good Housekeeping people are threatening to send in their own people to clean up Betty’s alleged mess. Of course, in that little story, Betty is the Social Security Administration. Her meticulously kept home is all of the SSA’s many data files. But that basement storage room is the Numident file. The Good Housekeeping people are Elon Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency. It’s just too bad for Betty that Good Housekeeping has dwelled on the only unclean room in her home and besmirched her reputation. And it’s too bad for the Social Security Administration that its reputation for benefit payment accuracy has been muddied by a DOGE story taken out of context. Having said all that, it obviously would be wise for Betty to clean her storage room and for the SSA to clean up its Numident files.
