For example, in my opinion there are SERIOUS questions about Supreme Court Justice Alito’s death. A side issue is Border Patrol, they desperately need your help. YOU ABSOLUTLY MUST APPOINT AN ASS KICKING, DOOR KICKING, MIDDLE AGE Border Patrol brick AGENT as Border Patrol Chief/Director. I worked very close to US Border Patrol on the NY/Canadian Border. They were underfunded and their job, on the Texas Border, was declared by Ripley as the most dangerous job in the World about 40 years ago! I was in the NYO and thought that the number of shootings there was unbelievable. That was NOTHING compared to Texas Border Patrol! They do not like the Border Patrol, ICE, and Homeland Security breakdown at all! Mr. President your battles are going to overwhelm you if you do not get a step on the scoundrels who proved to be admitted liars… let me name a few…FBI Comey, FBI McCabe, FBI Strzok, the duo of Intel Director James Clapper and CIA Director John Brennan… Congress Swallow, Shitty, and the Penguin …Hillary Clinton, Hussein…and many more! Begin investigations on all these people and make it a RICO - Mail fraud, Wire Fraud, Murder, Treason et al. There is no statute of Limitations in a Treason Case… conspirators, co-conspirators would be staff members. I estimate we could indict 30 elected officials at least. Joe Biden’s pay to play with Ukraine would be a real winner! How much Ukraine money was kicked back to accounts in offshore banks? You absolutely need to bring back to the FBI, the Sections of Title 18 USC that were passed to other Agencies like US Marshals, DEA, ATF, Local PDs…bring them back first. Then bring back the Crime Fighters who made the cases and get rid of the slackers, liars, co-conspirators who carried out those raids and those who intentionally sabotaged the investigations. What investigations…? Let’s start with Hillary…she’s the easiest, my opinion! Comey “declined prosecution” …but he can’t do that as FBI Director…he overstepped his bounds or did he? As FBI Director he cannot give immunity or authorize a declination to prosecute. That’s not his responsibility …it’s a prosecutor’s responsibility …DOJs’ and, if I’m not mistaken, when a deal for immunity is granted, the recipient must come clean, tell the truth. That’s a problem…Hillary cannot tell the truth. If she did, it would be a confession to something illegal, my opinion! In every grant of immunity I was involved in, in my cases, there had to be a “Proffer”. There are many ways of doing a Proffer, but every Proffer I was involved in was contingent upon complete truthfulness on the part of the subject and the subject must lock in their testimony before a Grand Jury and any deceit by the subject (Hillary) would null and void the contract and testimony presented by the subject can be used against her…or him! If Hillary told the truth, she would be arrested immediately, my opinion! How? Hillary Clinton committed so many crimes its almost overwhelming! But I would be happy to take an appointment as Agent for free just to put her in jail for life for what she did to my Country, an American Ambassador and several other heroes who were deserted while under fire in Benghazi…none dare call it Treason! Or do they? She directed 30,000 documents, some eyes only and others unclassified, to be “reviewed” by unauthorized people, and then burned all, while those documents were Government property, at her home illegally and here’s the most serious crime… they were all under subpoena and evidence in a criminal investigation…hers!!! Evidence tampering…a felony in the least, but probably something worse like Treason or Espionage. I wasn’t there during her “interview” by FBI Strzok but if he did not tell her, her 5th Amendment Rights, that order could only come from Comey…trying to sabotage the case…and it worked… or did it? In my opinion that debacle can be set aside. It’s like one bank robber giving another immunity…Not Possible. A co-conspirator cannot offer another co-conspirator any binding deals! My opinion! J.
