I am going to utilize this October 11, 2024 column to show you for real what is not over by a long shot ...that everything I wrote is true and continuing ...and why you cannot vote in any socialist, commie, Muslim, Democrap (like Hussein), or Mamdani, ever again...if you want to keep America great and the cost of eggs, gasoline, heating oil, natural gas and on and on in line. Never again will eggs be $7 a dozen, nor gas $8 per gallon. If you don’t believe me…believe what the Democraps have done to try and negate Trump and interfere in this election! What they did is violate every rule, every law, every illegal way to disrupt an election that is protected by laws to prevent what the scoundrels accomplished. That’s just a taste of what to expect should Hussein Obama make this a Socialist, Islamic Nation…that’s his goal…!!! (October 2025) Every charge those pieces of human excrement... Letitia James, Fani Willis, the insane judges who belong in a cuckoo clock, created and then were reversed, as we said they would be... all to interfere with a Presidential election and put another wooden headed puppet, Harris, in office FAILED. Doesn’t that get your attention? Former FBI Director Comey illegally signed, thereby approving, FISA eavesdropping wiretaps on President Trump’s Tower and his Republican Committee! I have filed for Title 3 wiretaps several times. I know the laws. I know the rules that MUST be followed… ALL exculpatory evidence MUST be disclosed to the court or your complaint and application for the search warrant (that’s what it is) will be DENIED and you would be in violation of several felonies as you must swear to what you did… that your affidavit is true to your best ability… the truth. Didn’t Hillary know the Dossier was phony? She paid for it. She was vested in the creation of it! Did she forget she was President Trump’s adversary? I mean, I realize she has the IQ of carp, but really? (October, 2024) A Title 3 or FISA Search Warrant for a wiretap is the MOST invasive warrant the law allows…so if… in step #1… you leave something out, like Hillary solicited and paid for the Steele Dossier and then somehow had Fusion GPS, the writer of said Dossier, get the FBI to use it as the PC (Probable Cause) for the warrant. Unbelievable…but true! (October, 2025) Question, could FBI Comey been cut out of the loop to use that Dossier? Are you kidding? I don’t think so...How about cut in on it being fake...? I believe he knew when someone farted in his inner circle and would cut somebody’s nuts off if they cut him out and did that on purpose... on their own! This Dossier that Fusion GPS created and Hillary bought and paid for, was crucial to PC, because without that document, they had nothing! They could NEVER get any search warrant without that fabricated Dossier and that’s a fact. I wrote many Search Warrants for Wiretaps and know what I am talking about. There would NEVER have been that first search warrant. Hillary paid for, and James Comey, in my opinion...KNEW it was a fairy tale before he signed it...and then six weeks or so later, had the balls to tell the President-elect Trump, just before the inauguration, January 20, 2017, that the Dossier is/was “salacious and unverified”. But he signed it, along with McCabe, Strzok, Rosenstein, Sally Yates and more. These are the people who Director Patal and A G Biondi should/must arrest and become an important leg of a RICO Case, Treason Case, and Election Interference Case. What they all did is to attempt to destroy our Constitutional Republic and overthrow America, into a Socialist, Commie, or Islamic nation...and they are still trying. Remember we wrote about the Cloward and Piven plan to flip America into a Socialist nation... well the “how to do it” was to Bankrupt America. How...by overloading our social programs, by flooding America with illegals from all over the world; 30 million is my count! OPEN THE GATES and give them healthcare, $1,500 a night hotel rooms in Manhattan, lavish them with credit cards, cell phones, subsistence cash and maybe slip a little cash in the “giver’s” pocket! Nothing was done about how much Obiden/Hussein threw away or pocketed! That’s why Schumer wants to keep the money flowing. THE SOB ISN’T FOOLING ME FOR ONE PENNY. YOU REPUBLICANS MUST NOT CAVE TO ONE CENT you will be FUNDING THE GOD DAMN COUP FOR HUSSEIN... DON’T BE THAT STUPID ...IDIOTS, I SWEAR. That’s why they opened the borders and for no other reason! And if Harris won... you would be wearing towels or scarves, if you still had your head! (October, 2024) They did that in the very first application, all that follows is FRUIT OF THE POISONOUS TREE and invalid. Yet, the AG allowed either by ignorance, stupidity, lack of interest or direct action to affect the election, with criminal intent…it doesn’t matter. That very first search warrant to Carter Page is the first poison tree. Even the choice of Court, FISA instead of District Court was, in my opinion, WRONG, illegal. (October 2024) They did not have the PC to go to a Federal District Judge. No court that I filed affidavits for a search warrant would sign if they knew Hillary Clinton paid for the Steele Dossier! The FBI then used that dossier that the FBI Director Comey said “himself” in Jan 2016 (before Jan 20, 2016) that the Dossier was “salacious and unverified”! Yet…he signed it…a felony. Why didn’t the AG indict Comey or ANY signors of that garbage?? That is nothing compared to what will happen if Harris, Hussein’s new Puppet, “wins” and thinks she will run the country! (October, 2024) Your Constitutional Republic will not exist anymore…no Bill of Rights guaranteeing the “unalienable right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness” …gone. The Constitution …gone, no freedom of speech, no second Amendment to protect the first. No 4th guaranteeing no illegal searches…that’s gone already. NONE of those searches by this so-called FBI led by the inept McCabe, Strzok, Page and others who also violated the 14th for Due Process for all. That’s already gone…ask any imprisoned Jan 6th prisoner what he/she did to lead to imprisonment. Don’t be surprised if they don’t know and only were visiting the buildings. (October, 2024) Who do you want…President Trump or a Socialist, Muslim nation, ruled by Hussein Obama…or …a takeover by China/ Russia, either or both, but I can assure you … Harris will NOT run this country…she can’t. She is much too stupid! That’s why Putin wants to deal with her…ask him! Harris will not be President even if she is elected…God Forbid! (October, 2024) This election needs to be overwhelmed with Republican votes and ALL venues watched continuously! No temporary “go home” for a few hours for any reason… bring cots and food …you Republicans need to show your fortitude and not fall for leaving because of a “water main break”! Those ballots are “evidence”, and you are the keeper of the evidence and must protect, preserve and defend that evidence and maintain the “Chain of Custody” on those ballots! (October, 2024) Even though I have said what I am about to say, … again…and again, is because it MUST get through to you…you are in a coup…a coup to completely takeover! It’s in progress! You recently saw how EASY it was to just replace Joe Obiden …he thought Hussein was his BUD…instead he’s his dud! As easy as it was to change the computer votes in 2020… it was easier to remove him! YOU CANNOT REMOVE A SITTING PRESIDENT…DUH! There are rules and laws and regulations! Not anymore. You idiots who voted for Obiden got what you deserved, a skyrocket cost of living, no baby food…what? You got $5, $7, $8 gas… how was that. It’s all the way down to $4… (October, 2025) It’s MUCH lower than that and it’s only been 10 months of President Trump! Be grateful and DON’T vote for any Democraps!!! When Trump was President, it went down to $1.87 per gallon! (October, 2024) Even one as corrupt as Joe, whose election was fixed in my opinion and millions of others…the computers were tampered with as we all saw on FOX…TWICE. In 2016, they didn’t cheat enough so they got even in 2020. (October, 2024) You must understand how serious I am and what we are up against. You have seen how Hussein manipulated this with the kind of money Soros provided. For example, +/- 200 radical Democraps to very high positions in law enforcement. (October, 2025) District Attorneys, Judges, Mayors…and many more). You are seeing and saw what a crazy, inept, judge can do… can eliminate due process in several different jurisdictions, without a jury…not allowing legal defense evidence without a hearing! Due process requires that evidence that favors the defense, exculpatory evidence must be presented in a hearing …not allowed for Trump. He was accused of rape…but not allowed to present exculpatory evidence. The “victim” was allowed to go forward against a former President without remembering where, when, how, even if it really happened…all lies. But they were allowed. Those trials are a preview of what’s coming. Trump and many others were deprived of due process and are spending millions to protect us, you and me…not just themselves! (October, 2024) I was an FBI Agent for three decades and am owner of this paper. What is happening is that Hussein is a fraud …a fraud from the “get-go”. He is NOT a Christian…he is a Muslim. Anybody who doesn’t understand what that means probably thinks, “So what if the guy is a Muslim…it’s his religion…so what?” (October, 2024) If I told you that our First Amendment to our Constitution DEMANDS the separation of Church and State, would you believe me? Well, here it is, “Congress shall make no law: Respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” (October, 2024) There’s much more, but the most important thing is this …Islam DOES NOT. Islam is not a religion; it is a way of “life” …it is an ideology. Muslim literally means “submit”! It’s Socialism to the extreme. (October, 2024) If you read the Quran …as I have…first, even in the English interpretations, it is very difficult to follow because…it was NOT written by Mohammed nor any one author! Not one word was written by “Mohammed” …Mohammed was illiterate! He could not read nor write his own language! His followers did it from his words, writings from other followers … (many different followers) and his actions. The fact is that Islam is comprised of three parts…the written words of others, the Hadith (the actions) and Mohammed’s spoken words! That is how I see it. (October, 2024) Some believe the beheading of infidels, disbelievers…that’s you and me, by the way… is allowed because when Muslims, led by Mohammed, sacked Medina and gathered the Jews who refused to accept…SUBMIT to his teachings…at their coliseum, and in front of his 11-year-old wife, Mohammed and his wife watched the beheading of 800 Jews!!! (October, 2024) The Quran specifically and repeatedly calls for the beheading of disbelievers, “Kill pagan Jews at every opportunity” …, “they are pigs”. In the name of Islam, they killed many women when ISIS attacked Iraq for being seen in public without a head cover. I saw that myself, and it was for real! Look at the Americans they have slaughtered…innocent people. How many times have you heard the Imam tell you he wants you dead…do you not believe that? (October, 2024) If you vote for any Democrap you will be sorry. Harris, whether she wins or not…will NOT…be allowed to run America. Do you really believe Hussein would help a moron he cannot control… unlike Obiden? Every single stupid thing Joe did from open borders, stop drilling for gas, stop drilling for oil, screw up our supply were direct orders from Hussein. If Harris were to win and refuse to take orders from Obama, she won’t be around long…just like he removed Obiden… he will find a way. Soros’s money can buy more than Harris could beg, borrow or STEAL, my opinion! (October, 2024) You don’t think Hussein had anything to do with the death of Supreme Court Justice Scalia, do you… he was very much a believer in our Constitutional Republic? (October, 2025) For the sake of your children and your own lives and for Christ’s sake…do not vote for a Muslim, Islamic American. You have no idea how evil they are…I have seen what they are capable of doing! (October, 2025) When an Iranian leader states he is going to kill you, me, every American … believe him…it’s true! Page 3 The Sun Bay Paper October 27, 2025 Last issue’s puzzle solution to ‘HA HA’ What the 15 Wealthiest Congressional Districts Have in Common Each of the 15 wealthiest congressional districts in the United States in 2024 -- when measured by median household income -- had at least one thing in common: They all elected Democrats to the House of Representatives. Even as voters nationwide were electing President Donald Trump to a second term in office, he lost to then-Vice President Kamala Harris in 14 of these 15 wealthiest districts. The wealthiest congressional district in the country in 2024 was California’s 17th district. It sits at the southern end of San Francisco Bay in the heart of Silicon Valley. The median household income there, according to data released this month from the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey, was $181,913. That was more than twice the national median household income of $81,604. But the median household income of $181,913 in California’s 17th congressional district only narrowly beat California’s 16th district, which sits to the south and west and north of the 17th and also includes parts of Silicon Valley. The median household income there was $181,659. In the 2024 election in California’s 17th congressional district, Democratic incumbent Rep. Ro Khanna defeated Republican nominee Anita Chen, 67.7% to 32.3%. In the same district, Harris defeated Trump 67% to 29%. In the neighboring 16th district, a Republican candidate did not even make it into the final congressional election, which in California pits the top candidate from an open primary against the second-place candidate. In the 2024 general election in this district, Democratic congressional candidate Sam Liccardo beat fellow Democrat Evan Low, 58.2 to 41.8%. In this second-wealthiest district in the nation, Harris beat Trump 72% to 24%. The third and fourth wealthiest congressional districts in 2024 were on the other side of the continent in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C. Virginia’s 11th district, which had the nation’s third highest median household income ($158,109), sits in Fairfax County. In 2024, it reelected incumbent Democratic Rep. Gerry Connolly, who beat Republican candidate Michael Van Meter 66.7% to 33.0%. After Connolly passed away in May, Democratic candidate James Walkinshaw won a special election on Sept. 9, beating Republican candidate Stewart Whitson 75.14% to 24.67%. In this same district, Harris beat Trump 65.18% to 31.18% in the 2024 election. Virginia’s 10th district, which had the nation’s fourth highest median household income ($157,863), sits to the south and west of the 11th district. It had a closer congressional election in 2024. But Democratic candidate Suhas Subramanyam still won, beating Republican candidate Mike Clancy 52.3% to 47.7%. New York’s 12th district, which straddles Central Park in Manhattan, had the fifth highest median household income ($153,117). Incumbent Democratic Rep. Jerrold Nadler defeated Republican candidate Mike Zumbluskas 80.5% to 19.5% in this district -- and Harris beat Trump here 81% to 17%. The sixth wealthiest congressional district was California’s 10th ($151,546), which sits in the East Bay suburbs. In this district, Democratic Rep. Mark DeSaulnier beat Republican candidate Katherine Piccinini 66.5% to 33.5%. Harris beat Trump 81% to 17%. The seventh wealthiest district was California’s 15th ($151,546), which includes the western side of the San Francisco peninsula and part of the City of San Francisco. In this district, incumbent Democratic Rep. Kevin Mullin defeated Republican candidate Anna Cheng Kramer 73.1% to 26.9%. Harris beat Trump 72% to 24%. Maryland’s 8th congressional district was also the eighth wealthiest in the country ($146,362). In this district, incumbent Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin defeated Republican candidate Cheryl Riley 77.0% to 20.5%. Harris beat Trump 76.01% to 20.17%. California’s 11th district, which includes most of the City of San Francisco, was the nation’s ninth wealthiest congressional district ($142,524). Incumbent Rep. Nancy Pelosi, the former speaker of the House, defeated Republican candidate Bruce Lou 81.0% to 19.0% in this district. Harris beat Trump 82% to 14%. New Jersey’s 11th district, which is in the northern part of the state, was the 10th wealthiest congressional district ($141,429). Incumbent Democratic Rep. Mikie Sherrill defeated Republican candidate Joseph Belnome 56.5% to 41.8% here. Harris beat Trump 53% to 45%. New York’s 3rd congressional district, the 11th wealthiest in the country ($138,234), was the only one of the 15 wealthiest congressional districts to vote for Trump (51%) over Harris (47%). But it still reelected its Democratic incumbent Rep. Thomas Suozzi. He defeated Republican candidate Michael LiPetri Jr. 51.8% to 48.2%. The wealthiest congressional district to elect a Republican in 2024 was Georgia’s 7th district, which sits north of Atlanta and ranked as the nation’s 16th wealthiest district ($135,546). Republican Rep. Rich McCormick beat Democratic candidate Bob Christian 64.9% to 35.1% in this district in 2024. Trump beat Harris in this district 60.5% to 38.4%. After Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill was enacted this summer, a Tax Foundation analysis said: “We estimate the OBBBA will reduce federal taxes on average for individual taxpayers in every state.” “Across all individual tax filers throughout the country, the average tax cut per taxpayer will be $3,752 in 2026,” said this analysis. Every House Democrat voted against this bill, including, of course, those who represent the 15 wealthiest districts in the country. “Is it beautiful to do this? To give tax cuts to billionaires in our country?” asked Pelosi, who represents the nation’s ninth wealthiest district. October 27, 2025 The Sun Bay Paper Page 4 AOC’s Socialist Dream Could Become America’s Nightmare Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s flirtation with a presidential run is the latest warning sign of just how far the Democratic Party’s leadership has careened off the rails. After crushing defeats in the latest election, moderate Democrats have failed to take matters into their own hands, continuing to kneel to the strength of the far-left wing of their party who champion socialism, divisive class warfare and pipe dreams that seem to have come straight out of fairytales. While there haven’t yet been any formal statements from the democratic socialist congresswoman, reports based on individuals familiar with her operations have confirmed that her team is actively positioning her for a White House or Senate campaign in 2028. AOC’s message is abhorrently popular among Democrats, and Zohran Mamdani, the Democratic frontrunner in the New York City mayoral election, is essentially a male equivalent of AOC. He and many other socialists have championed absurd and dangerous policies that would wreck cities, states and our country if they were enacted. Unfortunately for moderates like New York Sens. Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand, AOC, despite her complete failure to accomplish anything of substance in Congress, excels at one thing New York’s current senators do not: getting her message across. This should frighten Schumer and Gillibrand, as both have faced mounting criticism for their actions and inactions. While Schumer is very effective at reaching people through the media, he is not nearly as effective at persuading them of his views as AOC is. As Senate minority leader, he struck a compromise with Republicans in March 2025 to avert a government shutdown, even though Democrats have long portrayed Republicans as the sole cause of such crises. In response, Democrats like AOC, backed by the far-left media, rallied the party in calling for Schumer’s resignation. That compromise, reasonable and, in many ways, a demonstration of Schumer’s leadership, was nonetheless viewed as a betrayal of the Democratic Party, or at least AOC’s vision of what the Democratic Party should be. And of course many New Yorkers have viewed Gillibrand as a sort of low-hanging fruit who has been effectively absent. She’s evidently realized this and has, at least in the past year, come a bit further out of the woodwork to try and establish herself as her next campaign approaches. AOC would not be planning one of these runs if she didn’t think she had a chance. No doubt her internal polling shows promise, and myriad factors, such as Mamdani’s high likelihood of winning New York City, and the massive, unprecedented ground operation he’s built in the state, particularly among young voters, have created a perfect storm to provide her with a real chance at getting real power. The problem with democratic socialists is that they push ideas built on the fears and dreams of people across the United States who hope for a better tomorrow. Their message is always resoundingly utopian. Everybody succeeds. Everybody gets what they want. In a perfect world, if these objectives were feasible, it would be difficult to argue against them. But we don’t live in a perfect world. For every utopian ideal of a socialist, there is some major tradeoff that comes with it. Want free college for everyone? Lower standards, worse educational quality and fewer resources for students who need them most. Want universal health care overnight? Rationed care, longer wait times, worse services and fewer health care breakthroughs. But fortunately for democratic socialists, they can count on young, naive kids to believe in a better future that can be achieved without great consequence. We all recognize that wherever socialism or communism has been implemented, things have gone horribly wrong, and nations have fallen. We are a country built on capitalism, and we are the strongest in the world because of it. Becoming socialist would not make us better off. It would destroy us. AOC’s real chance at taking a higher office should be a dire warning for Democrats. While she thrives on slogans and utopian promises that mask a destructive reality that evidently she can’t foresee, her ability to capture attention and mobilize followers gives her far more influence than her thin record of accomplishments deserves. If Democrats continue to bend to her and the democratic socialist movement she embodies, they risk not only fracturing their party but dragging the country toward policies that would erode the very foundation of American strength. Title 42, Section 1983 of the U.S. Code addresses civil recourse by allowing individuals to sue state and local government officials for violations of their federal constitutional rights... Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness! It provides a legal mechanism for individuals to seek redress when their rights have been deprived by someone acting “under color of state law.” While every governor must pledge to support both the U.S. Constitution and their respective state’s constitution, the specific wording and requirements of the oath are defined by each state’s own laws. Somewhere in their charters there must be a way to impeach and charge for not doing their jobs, especially when lives and properties worth hundreds of millions are lost. Despite the differences, oaths for protecting the citizens MUST be taken by every governor and mayor of every state and that includes to Protect, Preserve, Defend our INALIENABLE Rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness! THAT’S the Bill of Rights...folks...the first ten Amendments to the Constitution! Inaction can be as criminal as not reporting income! I’m not an attorney, although there was an instance when a Federal Judge commended me on a case referred to the 2nd Circuit on appeal where I was correct and the defense attorney was wrong. It was ruled in favor of the FBI, yours truly, and verdict of guilty as charged on all counts. Judge Curtin was pleased! I believe that any public official who intentionally turns their back, refuses...does nothing... for a situation they absolutely can intervene and save life/property ... where 100’s ...1,000’s of citizens lives are in danger, and not provide the lifesaving assistance requested, because he/ she just doesn’t want to ...it’s their DUTY. They should be charged with several different crimes. I am certain if Title18 USC does not apply... some other charge must cover... Federal Law MUST apply to get bums like Newsom or JB Pritzker! What we must do to stop the riots cold is to arrest and INTERVIEW them to find the ringleaders ...how did you get here, who paid you, how much, where did you get the signs? Flip them into informants! The President must use his power by executive order, set a rule of 3... 1. declare an area a riot and closed to everybody... process them, print and photograph and charge with disobeying lawful order mandatory, 30 days in jail and $1,000 fine 2. declare, by executive order, no masks, face covers, no hats, no hoodies, includes all Muslims. October 27, 2025 The Sun Bay Paper Page 6 I can tell it’s time for me to once again explain to people that SSI and Social Security are two entirely different programs. Every single day, I get emails from readers who say something like this: “I am getting SSI, and I want to know if my wife might be due some of my SSI.” Or they will say, “I’m getting close to retirement. How do I file for my SSI benefits?” I know from experience that these folks are talking about Social Security, not SSI. I’m guessing they think that SSI stands for “Social Security Insurance.” It does not. SSI stands for Supplemental Security Income. It is a federal welfare program that really has nothing to do with Social Security, other than the fact that it is managed by the Social Security Administration. And mixing up the programs is not just a matter of a semantic error. It could be problematic. For example, if you called the SSA and said you want to file for SSI (when you really meant to say you want to file for Social Security), you could be led down a very incorrect administrative path. To clarify things further, let’s start with some background. Obviously, everybody knows what Social Security is. You get a Social Security number, you work, you pay Social Security taxes, and one day you, and possibly some of your dependents, collect Social Security retirement benefits. Or you become disabled before reaching retirement age and you, and possibly some of your dependents, get Social Security disability benefits. Or you die and your widow, or widower and/or minor children collect Social Security survivor benefits. But only a small percentage of Americans really know what Supplemental Security Income is. To introduce it, here is just a short history lesson. Back before the early 1970s, there were hundreds of different welfare programs in the country. Sometimes states administered welfare programs. Other times, counties had their own welfare programs. And in some places, cities or other jurisdictions had their own welfare programs. And they all had different rules and eligibility factors. It was a mess. Some officials in the Nixon administration had a good idea. They decided to federalize and standardize this hodgepodge of welfare programs into one national program. But then they had two bad ideas. The first bad idea: They gave this new program to the Social Security Administration to run. On the one hand, I suppose it made sense. The SSA had a network of field offices around the country, and it had the computer infrastructure necessary to manage a big national government benefits program. On the other hand, they messed up a nice clean government operation used to deal mostly with grandpas and grandmas and saddled it with the task of running a big messy welfare system. Their second bad idea was the name. Somebody somewhere in the Nixon administration decided to call the new program Supplemental Security Income. I understand what they were trying to do. They wanted to remove the negative connotations of the word “welfare” from the minds of potential program beneficiaries. But this act of political correctness has led to problems ever since. So, they called the new program Supplemental Security Income, and they gave the program to the Social Security Administration to run. And almost everyone back then in the 1970s, and almost everyone still today, thinks that Supplemental Security Income is some kind of supplemental Social Security benefit. It’s not. To repeat, SSI is a federal welfare program that has nothing to do with Social Security other than the fact that it happens to be managed by the SSA. Also, SSI payments are funded out of general tax revenues -- NOT Social Security taxes. Gosh, how I wish they would have called SSI something like the Federal Welfare Program. And gosh, how I wish they would have created a new federal agency to run it and called it something like the Federal Welfare Benefits Administration. Anyway, here are some examples just from this week’s emails that give you an idea of all the confusion caused by the misnamed program. Q: I am getting ready to retire. I called Social Security and told them I want to apply for my SSI benefits. They asked me a bunch of questions about my income and assets and about my house and car. And then they told me I have too much money to get SSI. I was so confused I just hung up. Can you help? A: Yes, I can help. Call them back and tell them you want to file for Social Security retirement benefits. You do NOT want to file for SSI. To be fair, after a little more questioning, the Social Security agent you talked to should have realized you wanted to file for Social Security and not SSI. But maybe you hung up in frustration before he or she had a chance to figure that out. Q: In a past column, you said that someone getting disability could inherit a million dollars and still be eligible for benefits. Well, I recently inherited a lot less than that (about $100,000), and it got me into all kinds of trouble with my SSI disability. I’m jumping through lots of hoops now trying to keep my benefits. A: You misunderstood what I wrote. In that past column, I was referring to someone getting Social Security disability benefits. Social Security is not a welfare program. You could be a millionaire and still get Social Security, whether it’s a retirement benefit or a disability benefit or a survivor benefit. But you are not getting Social Security disability. You are getting SSI disability. And to repeat, SSI is a welfare program. And as a general rule, someone who inherits $100,000 doesn’t need welfare. I’m not a real expert on the SSI program, but you may be able to set up something called a “special needs trust” that lets you keep your SSI checks. Those may be the “hoops” you are trying to jump through. Here is an interesting tidbit that further shows how these two programs can get confused. The Social Security disability program is frequently referred to as SSDI, which stands for Social Security disability insurance. And the SSI disability program is usually called SSID. So finally, repeat after me. SSI is a welfare program. It is not a Social Security program. SSI does not stand for Social Security Income. It stands for Supplemental Security Income. October 27, 2025 The Sun Bay Paper Page 8 SPECIAL EDITION EDITORIAL OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT TRUMP, AG BONDI AND FBI PATEL I was an FBI Agent for almost three decades and loved every minute of what I did! I write this letter not to brag about my accomplishments but to attempt to show you how far gone the FBI is and how to try to fix it. Eric Holder had enough time to totally ruin DOJ. He laced it with radical scum and set out to ruin what was once a law enforcement agency that prosecuted what FBI Crime Fighting Bureau presented. He turned the Civil Rights Department into a race-oriented agency that would rather put lawmen in jail than lawless criminals. An example is Philadelphia voting... when four Black Panthers prevented white folks from voting. The impartial attorneys, like J. Christian Adams, revolted when Holder refused to prosecute because of 400 years of black folks being slaves (Holder forgot Dems are the party of slavery!) He won’t prosecute. He is reported to say he would have prosecuted had the situation been reversed! There are so many things he did. One more example...Texas, 37 States filed suit against DOJ that they were allowing illegals in and giving them immunity from prosecution. The Texas Fed Judge ordered Holder to cease and desist allowing that until he could review the case. Holder ignored the order, and his band of thieves gave 10,000 more immunity. The Judge charged the DOJ Attorneys with disobeying a Court order and stopped them from being able to appear before ANY of the 37 States’ District Courts. Holder also ignored the order to sanction his bag of thieves. There are MANY instances with Holder that should be investigated. Then there’s the FBI. What these scoundrels did to my FBI ...from Obama’s attempted coup to the Steele Dossier ...that is much bigger than what you charged Comey with and then you did it the wrong freaking way! I wrote how to do it without the Grand Jury and why, duh! Get a Magistrates arrest warrant and some search warrants and arrest Comey at his home early on Friday morning. Treat him like the criminal that he is. Search for more documents... in his wife’s panties drawer... get into his safe. If he refuses to open the safe, then call Greasy’s Safe Breaker and let him have at it ...he’ll open it once he sees Greasy. You blew the only chance you had to interview him ...I’m telling you ...he will cave in ...anybody who is as quick, slick to tell Donald Trump, before inauguration, that the Dossier is phony, and he didn’t tell McCabe to leak anything, will give up his mother to save his own ass. And he just opened a new case on every person who signed that FISA warrant! The FBI cannot be successful if you do not reclaim those violations it gave up by previous directors and Comey, who did it to keep agents away from the public, while we did the EXACT opposite! That’s a HUGH part of what we all did...try to flip subjects. YOU CAN’T FLIP AN ASSHOLE IF YOU DON’T ARREST HIM and do the things that you learned on the job!! You don’t know? My very point exactly...! Dipstick! I’ll bet you cannot find one single Agent who’s there now who can claim he arrested in 20 years what I did in one year! You can’t why... BECAUSE YOU DIDN’T WORK CRIMINAL CASES. Well, “We worked security work”. Well let’s look at that. “How many spies did you arrest”? How many bombings did you stop...I only stopped one bombing in Buffalo and that was one of six! By the way it was Criminal Agents who solved the Twin Towers (twice and both could have been prevented, but for Clinton), the Pentagon, and Tim McVeigh... just to list a few! My first office was Columbia, SC and during my 30-day orientation I was asked to help on the forensics (fingerprints) on a homicide... as I was fresh from the Academy. I dusted for prints and FBI IDENT identified the murderer from the palm print I lifted, which solved the case! That was just the beginning of what I called a very successful FBI career ...solving a murder crime, on a government reservation, from forensics. I then spent 13 months in the Charleston Resident Agency (RA). There I teamed up with two other rookies and over that 13-month period, we arrested over 200 Fugitives, mostly deserters, a few escaped federal prisoners, and other fugitives hiding from the law. Our luck continued, a very cold case all lawmen dream of solving ...a homicide of a brother lawman. I developed a source who provided me with a description and an alias of a guy who lives in Charleston ...who bragged of stickups all over the South and one in the Bronx, NY the previous year (1968)! He shot it out with a Uniform responding to a silent alarm! The Bronx has thousands of robberies every year and more gunfights than you ever thought, 1,500 miles away in Bronx, NY, where a Precinct House was surrounded by the BLA and machine gunned! I solved it! I pulled records, NCIC, the records the Office had and a got a hit on the alias name. A little more work and I was certain we had an IO Fugitive who I believed was my man. However, if he was an IO would the boss let me keep the case? Every office of the FBI has Agents who have been shot by IO Fugitives. (My partner Dennis was shot with another Agent in our next offices!) I sent the NYO the IO number and after numerous calls back and forth, they called back with “that’s our cop killer.” They identified the store, the robbery, and the picture with positive IDs from several witnesses ...and sadly, confirmed the Officer was killed. Now things were happening. Director Hoover called my SAC, as he followed all police shootings, to get the details and cautioned how dangerous this one was! My boss said he cleared it with the Director, it’s your case, he “trusted my judgment”! We hit it the next morning, two in the front and two in the back. I caught the subject by surprise, but he went for his gun when I holstered to grab my cuffs and the fight began... my partners broke in the back door and after a pretty good fight, I knocked him out to pull his hand from his pocket with the gun, a “25 Caliber” cigarette lighter. He said he was going to fake it. He has NO idea how close I came to killing him! We cuffed him. He didn’t talk so we processed him and sent him to the Marshall. A week later there’s a bank robbery (BR) in Myrtle Beach. The subject was a prison trustee who had a shotgun, got into the vault and got away in a station wagon with $18,000 ...this was 1969 ...that was a lot of money! We met the entire RA, 8 Agents, where the SRA showed previous arrest photos of the subject, gave us a description and the license plate number. He gave everyone an assignment ...except me and my partner. SR didn’t like the fact that Hoover got my name instead of his on the IO case. They head south. Dennis, my partner, is pissed but I stop him and tell him “STOP”, they are going in the wrong direction”. Check your watch, what time is it? He bursts out laughing as the bad guy hasn’t had time to get here. I pulled out my map. We lay the map on the hood and with a little arithmetic I pick out a point where he has to cross. We will find him near this point, and I point to the map. Doing well over 100mph ...the US 1 is two lanes and covered with crushed seashells ...what a ride! We arrived at that point and Dennis aka Wick asks, “Now what …left turn or straight?” He says, “You guess, you’ve been right so far”. I say straight. No lights or sirens, just normal and there’s the car parked alongside a Deli, front-end exposed, two young adults, driver seat empty. We took up a position, and I told Dennis to call for help. I didn’t believe we were within radio range. Dennis calls for help. The SAC Trent comes up on radio, calls my number and tells SR to stay off the radio and asks me my plan. I told him we’re going to take him in the car; he’s backed up to the side of a brick building...he’s not going anywhere. The boss, “Be careful, the Director said he is next to go on the Top 10!”. Here the subject comes with a bag of groceries. I tell Dennis, put your seat belt on and hold tight with your gun. I’m going to pin him... roll down your window, for more protection, you do the talking. I’m going to flank him and take cover behind that steel mailbox. If he takes his hands off the steering wheel, you open fire, if I’m in the open. Everything worked like clockwork... the Calvary (RA) shows as I took him down ...dragged him out to the ground and cuffed him. Then, there was a little girl from Brooklyn NY, kidnapped and we got leads in Charleston. Her name was Tondalaya Jones, and her story was front page news. Ray and I have the “duty” for the week, after hours duty. So, Ray calls me to arm-up and bring extra stuff; there’s probably no radio cover where we are going ...great! I hate the swamp at night! “We” is, me and a good Agent Ray. Leads were looking good, very good. About 3am way out in the country, plantation type mansions. We just finished the interview that is taking us way out of range ...but I’m convinced it’s her! Ray...not so much. We got to the mansion. The lights are on inside ...what’s that tell you? Ray knocks, about 3am, the last interview had to have called ...the lights are on, and she answered cont. on pg 9

I’m going to search the house ...she’s here ...I can feel it, too many coincidences, she’s here! The wife opens the door then tries to close it. I have my foot in the door and push her back in. I found the little girl in a upstairs bedroom. I tell her I am a policeman and ask her for her name. She says, “Tondalaya Jones”!!! OMG... I get close to the crib, and she jumps into my arms. With her arms wrapped around my neck and legs around my waist she says, “Please don’t let me go”. I holler for Ray, “I have her, get up here”. I’m afraid the 6’ 3”, 300# husband is going to rush me. With my gun in one hand and flashlight in the other, he better not do ANYTHING threatening. We retreated to the car; we got what was important and kept the phony documents. Ray told them not to go anywhere ...stay put, or else! By the time we get back to the RA, the phones are jumping off the walls. The SAC was speechless. I answer a phone and the caller says, “This is Walter Cronkite” …you can’t make this up! “It’s my understanding the FBI has rescued Tondalaya Jones ...is that correct”? Yes, sir and she’s fine! I was a very successful Criminal Investigator who followed the law, the RULES and Regs (most of the time), who took all his training to heart. My entire career was LOADED with action ...don’t believe me? My next office was the NYO. 15 Agents transfer into the NYO every Monday AND are sent to either the Applicant or Security squads for 30 to 90 days to learn the ropes on how to stay alive! Everyone wants a criminal, Action Squad, like BR’s, including me .... but chances are very rare...I thought! ADIC John Malone welcomed us to the Apple. He announced the assignments, excused 14 of the 15, to report to their Squad which included 3 Agents from my Academy Class, Jack Janson, Bill Jones and Jimmy Murphy! Malone told me to close the door and have a seat. He shook my hand and said thank you ...the Director will explain, he wants to talk to you. The next thing I know is the ADIC had his secretary send in the call. I could not grasp what I was seeing and hearing. Director Hoover wanted to hear all the details on the three above cases... especially about the IO fugitive/police killing case. Director Hoover said that he follows all police killings, so starting with that case I explained in detail all of them! He said, “We never had a first office agent that successful...how did you do it, those are all once in a lifetime cases”? I just told him that I try to think like a thief and use common sense! He broke out laughing and said that he was glad I was on the right side. He said he told Mr. Malone to put me on the best squad in the FBI, the NYO was Hoover’s favorite office ...and the Truck Squad the best Squad! I didn’t know that. I found out, to be on the Truck Squad (John Gotti Crew), according to Mr. Malone ...is his go to squad ...you’ll see! You’ll see plenty of action. My classmates stood by the door, waiting and just about jumped me. This is a big, big deal ...I never expected! Jack asked what the hell did I do to earn that! I responded, “I had a few really good cases”, we’ll talk over coffee, now let’s go to our new squads. That was Monday; Tuesday and Wednesday I filled out vouchers to get my moving money back. Thursday, the fourth day on the squad, my boss comes out and tells me to find some street clothes, the Squad is hitting a huge Gotti drop in the Bronx …you’ll go with John and do what he says. John tossed me the keys ...off we go, “Where’s the Bronx”? We arrived there and they just went in. We got security at the front door! Maybe 10 minutes into the search, not much more, this 26ft straight truck approached ...to me it’s very suspicious ...very slow, extremely overloaded. I tell John I’m going to stop that truck ...it’s not right ...get help. I ran towards the truck ...I hollered, FBI, told him to pull over. He said “sure” and floored it and swerved to hit me but missed. I had the car keys and jumped into our car. He made it three blocks ...bailed ...ran and fired a shot at me. I returned fire ...then I heard an Agent hollering to “stop, don't chase”! It was Jimmy Woods ...he told me about the perils of chasing bad guys in NY ...don’t do it ...it’s too dangerous ...“ya think so”? He apparently didn’t hear the shooting, and I left it like that! Jim said that we’ll find him, we always do. It’s too dangerous to chase alone, especially at night, which it was ...no mention of the shots fired! At the warehouse where the Squad stores swag evidence (stolen property) the Squad finds the proceeds of three hijacked loads on that truck...I received my first of many $200 Incentive Awards and a letter from the Director!! The next day the entire Squad shook my hand, nobody ...including myself ...could believe my luck, and good welcoming to the squad. The “recovery” was like ¾ of a million dollars ...not bad for the first week! Mr. Malone came down to the squad and said he had already talked to the Director, who couldn’t believe it! In my tenure in NY, about six years, just some more accomplishments: TRUCK SQUAD Solved a 5-year-old, armed truck hijacking/kidnapping...the biggest handgun theft in the US from Smith and Wesson ...500 handguns. We recovered all 500 guns ...a cold case that everybody had a “shot” at. I received the monetary credit for my stat sheet! All by common sense! Remember what I said about “sources”? I developed a source who provided too many accomplishments to name (all by answering the complaint phone that Comey did away with) ...and it would put him/her in harm’s way as well as myself. Suffice it to say, we all paid our sources FBI funds ...it’s no secret. We had to have at least three sources on record. But, a year into NYO, I was advised by Mr. Malone that a single payment I paid to my source was the second highest ever paid! I was lucky to locate the biggest recovery of stolen property that the Squad EVER recovered, at one location, from more than a dozen stolen loads ...valued at millions of dollars ...said to be Gotti’s biggest loss. Three Agents forced the return of a 7-yearold kidnap victim, John Calzedia (ph), by the sheer tenacity of three FBI Agents, who were the only ones left out of over 100 lawmen and two planes! On the surveillance that led to his release we made a promise to ourselves not to give up ...the kidnappers could not shake us ...a three-state surveillance that lasted 24 hours. Steve Gilkerson, DOC Coulson and yours truly ...on the last drop ...the father tossed the $50K over a RR trestle into a ditch, black darkness. DOC says don’t kill him just wound him! At 3-4am where three RR workers were working... what are the chances? Squad recovered all the loot and arrested three workers who thought it was a drug deal!? At 3-4am? The kidnappers released the boy, after they couldn’t find the money and said we wore them out ...meaning the surveillance! The Truck Squad, as Mr. Malone told me, was his go-to squad! We had between 250 and 300 truck cases a year and solved most of them, 67%. This Squad had the best sources in the FBI ...not just on Truck cases but everything! There were no SWAT teams yet and you guessed it ...the Truck Squad for surveillance, and the BR Squad for the muscle handled most of the heavy stuff. The two Squads handled the Skyjackings (5-6 when I was there) all the big cases ...Dog Day Afternoon, two subjects ...that was the BR Squad. My classmate took one out and the other gave up ...smart move. As I recall the Squad took out three or four skyjackers. After three years on the Truck Squad, I went to the BR Squad for more action. Toy Fuson, my supervisor, and great friend, awarded me the Hemmings Transport Award, which was a Squad tradition, to the Agent with the highest monetary recoveries and most arrests, top gun! Closing note ...in three years on the Truck Squad I was shot at by bad guys no less than five times with my cars taking the hits, with the first discharge of my handgun being that unreported first Thursday in the Bronx, that first Drop, that was nothing compared to the BR experience. BANK ROBBERY SQUAD We solved bank robberies every which way you can imagine. We had 500 BRs a year and 35 Agents catching cases. We solved more bank robbery cases than the LA Division had! We solved about 300. There were two BRs every working day and that’s no lie! If the thieves missed a day ...we would have four the next. If there was a Bonnie and Clyde movie on Sunday there would be a Bonnie and Clyde stickup the next day. When you are really working cases, other cases will come to you ...develop sources ...informants simply because of the volume of Agents who were talking to citizens. If you do not engage with the public, you will NEVER accomplish anything when it comes to solving cases. On the BR squad I had numerous good cases, a “Story Book Case” was one! Briefly, we had an Irish gang ...very dangerous ...shooting up the banks, getting into the vaults. Such was the case, so we teamed up... with my Truck squad and BR squad. The break was a citizen! A two week, around the clock. This was a very dangerous gang. During the second week Kelly made our tail but couldn’t tell who we were ...so he did what any good crook would do, and he fired two shots at us and hit us twice. I asked cont. on pg 10
