The Honorable Mike Johnson Speaker, U.S. House of Representatives Honorable Mike Johnson, Impeachment protocol includes not fulfilling her oath of office to “protect, preserve, and defend” the Constitution and extends to lack of vetting entries at our borders. The formal process of Impeachment should be initiated on Kamala Harris for violations of the law and abuses of power. The oath of office she took includes a commitment to protect the Constitution, the people’s right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Not fulfilling this oath, particularly in ways that have harmed our nation and its constitutional framework, are grounds for impeachment. The Constitution outlines the grounds for impeachment as “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors” and Kamala Harris has committed these and many more. For example, criminal negligence, insubordination, and failing to do what she was directed to do by the President. Joe Biden directed Kamala Harris “to lead our efforts with Mexico and the Northern Triangle … stemming the migration to our southern border.” By any stretch of the imagination, and abysmal at that, the border record with Harris as the lead has been the worst in American history. In fact, her record is nonexistent. She has not deterred any illegal immigration and has not enforced U.S. immigration laws or protected the borders effectively. This is an issue of national security, and the enforcement of laws related to border control. Under the Biden-Harris administration, there have been somewhere between 10,000,000 and 30,000,000 encounters at the southwest border not counting the “got-aways”. Over 460,000 individuals from over seventy-seven countries have been paroled, and more than 680,000 entries came through the CBP One app. The streets and communities where Americans live are ravaged by fentanyl, communities unsafe by crime, homelessness exacerbated by tens of millions of illegal immigrants. In a recent article by Greg Sindelar on Fox News he states that “Harris has gone on record in favor of decriminalizing illegal border crossing and has even agreed that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement should be abolished. We have a fairly clear picture of a radical leftist who simply does not believe in the basic principles of law and justice that are the essential prerequisites for American life and society.” Where is our rule of law? We live in a constitutional republic where our laws with a constitution, a bill of rights, and other documents that have blood on them to keep and defend those rights are nonexistent with Harris. There are no laws. Kamala Harris has violated the Constitution and her oath of Office. She is criminally negligent and is denying U.S. citizens their unalienable right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. She has committed, as has the entire Democrap party, gross election interference against former President Trump to the point that a Google search of attempted President as sassinations and a capital “T” brings up Truman. How grossly negligent can the Democrap party be? They have violated elements of the 14th amendment as well as the 1st amendment and numerous other violations. Begin impeachment proceedings, and it will create the same chaos they are creating against our candidate. The Paris 2024 Olympics’ opening ceremony has ignited a firestorm of controversy, criticized as an extreme display of woke ideology, perversion, and blasphemy. Far from a celebration of athletic prowess and unity, this event has faced backlash for mocking Christianity and embracing macabre themes. Critics argue that the ceremony exhibited elements of cannibalism, ritualistic Satanism, and various offensive themes, epitomizing moral decay. A particularly controversial aspect was the depiction of Leonardo da Vinci’s “Th e Last Supper,” featuring a 400-pound woman in a mocking portrayal of Christ, sur-rounded by a circus of characters including trans individuals and fi gures perceived as groomers, all gathered around a fi gure resembling Dionysus with exposed genitalia. The ceremony included 17 performers, among them familiar faces from “Drag Race France,” in various stages of undress, which many viewed as blasphemous. Critics questioned the relevance of such displays to the Olympics. Additionally, the ceremony bizarrely celebrated cardiac events and myocarditis, with scenes reminiscent of a dystopian narrative, and featured a pale horse and rider symbolizing death, adding an apocalyptic tone. Revelations 6:8 states, “And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat upon him was Death, and Hell followed with him.” This was seen as fitting given the nature of the ceremony. Florida TaxWatch has published an in-depth analysis of the state’s property insurance market, highlighting factors contributing to its instability and the 42.5% increase in rates since 2019. Key factors include damages from hurricanes and litigation pressures, which have strained insurers and led some to exit the state. The report indicates that Florida’s property insurance market is precarious and heavily dependent on state-run insurers as a fallback for homeowners with no other options. Despite being a last-resort insurer, the Florida Citizens Property Insurance Company covers at least 17% of the state’s property insurance market and is the most expensive option. The report describes the rising enrollment in Citizens as “alarming” because if its funds are depleted, state law mandates assessments that can be passed on to all policyholders, including those with private insurance, homeowners, renters, automobile, and pet insurance. A 2021 Florida TaxWatch report states that about 70% of Floridians live in coastal counties and are at risk of chronic flood damage. The report notes that as sea levels rise, more properties face increased risk. This currently includes approximately 64,000 homes, valued at around $26 billion, at high risk of severe flooding. Florida TaxWatch estimates that by 2100, over 1 million homes will be at risk, further escalating property insurance rates. Without market stabilization, high rates could drive some residents to leave the state. Florida leads the nation in insurance costs, accounting for 10.8% of all U.S. premium costs. The report notes that premiums vary by county, from $1,824 in Sumter County to $8,162 in Monroe County. Since 2019, the Legislature has implemented reforms to combat insurance fraud and reduce burdens on insurers. The report acknowledges that these efforts are starting to show positive results but advises lawmakers to stay vigilant to prevent market destabilization and to work on enhancing resiliency. Florida TaxWatch recommends reducing reliance on Citizens by decreasing the nmber of policies it holds and encouraging new private insurance companies to enter the state. With recent discoveries of off shore accounts many are questioning this lone wolf possibility saying he was one of the MK-Ultra kids.... we dug into this and came up with this information: In the shadowy world of Cold War espionage, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) embarked on one of its most controversial programs: MK-Ultra. Beginning in the early 1950s and continuing until the late 1960s, this covert initiative sought to unlock the secrets of mind control and interrogation, often through highly unethical experiments on unsuspecting human subjects. Her ouster followed weeks of relentless protests and clashes with security forces that have killed nearly 300 people since mid-July, according to local media reports. UN fires additional staffers after probe finds potential involvement in Oct. 7 attack on Israel JERUSALEM: The United Nations said last Monday it has fired additional staffff members from its agency for Palestinian refugees after an internal investigation found they may have been involved in the Hamas-led Oct. 7 attack against Israel. The U.N. secretary-general’s office announced the move in a brief statement to journalists. Farhan Haq, deputy spokesperson for the secretary-general, did not elaborate on the UNRWA staffers’ likely role in the attack or on the evidence that prompted its decision. Calling for Venezuela presidential election results to be overturned! CARACAS, Venezuela: Hundreds of thousands of people rallied in the streets of Venezuela’s capital last Saturday, waving the national flag and singing the national anthem in support of an opposition candidate they believe won the presidential election by a landslide. Authorities have declared President Nicolás Maduro the winner of last Sunday’s election but have yet to produce voting tallies to prove he won. Maduro also urged his backers to attend his own “mother of all marches” later Saturday in Caracas. Did you know there is physical evidence that planet Earth saw nuclear power thousands of years ago? Current times…God gave North America a plethora of natural resources. Besides wood, there is oil, natural gas, coal, water, solar, wind and nuclear. Now here’s where common sense comes into play. Nuclear Power, if done correctly, is by far the best way to go, if it’s a choice. It’s close to the most expensive, the way we do the build…but it’s the safest. Next is fossil…natural gas and coal and oil. Hydro is expensive to build…initial capital expense, but the return is great! There are only 11 hydro plants in the US but it’s safe, and least expensive if the utility doesn’t cheat the public. The US has the “largest” Oil and Gas reserves, the Green River Colorado, and the second largest oil and gas reserve in the world is the Bakken, in the Dakotas, 1 & 2, IN THE WORLD! The third is in Prudhoe Bay, and it is the third largest IN THE WORLD. Just assume what I tell you is true because I vetted it, have a Bacher of Science Degree in Metallurgy, minor in Organic Chemistry, established the Environmental Crimes Program for the Western District of New York (17 counties) in the 1970s and enforced the statutes…Clean Water, Clean Air, RCRA, CERCLA, and many more. I executed search warrants on factories, warehouses, DOD sites…worked with NYDEC, EPA, AEC, NYSP, Sheriff Departments and all the prosecutors and have the first convictions ever for Environmental Crimes in New York. So, I not only talked the talk, but I walked the walk. What did you do for the Environment? Could a photo be any clearer? The smirk of a man playing “dress up” as a woman, protected by a misogynistic Olympic committee, while shattering a woman’s dreams and honoring her deceased father by punching her in the face—it’s beyond disgusting. It’s a sick parody of the new “confused men’s rights” movement. Former British PM Liz Truss lamented, “When will this madness stop? Men cannot become women. Why not make it an official Olympic sport called “Men Beating Women”? The Olympic committee could invite domestic abusers and wife-beaters to compete. What we witnessed wasn’t the Olympics; it was a real-life “Hunger Games” scenario, highlighting the cultural and spiritual battles we face today. The Olympic committee is anti-women, anti-Christian, and anti-humanity, making it a shameful embarrassment to the human race. They have forfeited any right to represent humanity in any capacity.
