SUGGESTIONS FOR AG PAM BONDI THAT I STRONGLY RECOMMEND…
As a 30-year veteran FBI Agent, mostly in the Violent Crimes Program as Case Agent, and later Supervisor of the Bank Robbery program, I’ve seen it all! From bank and armored car robberies, truck hijackings, kidnapping to environmental crimes, political corruption, Hobbs Act, RICO, bombing, skyjacking and much more.
Without those violations/cases, there NEVER would have been an FBI. The FBI is founded on criminal cases, supported by citizens who trust the FBI! Bob Mueller and James Comey changed all that. In my opinion, Mueller’s decision was by necessity, 9/11, 10 days after he became Director. He put all Criminal and Security Agents on solving the undeclared ACT OF WAR, that Bush misses, pulled on us by…Islam, Iran, Saudi Arabia (Oh yes!). We, the FBI, solved it and arrested all surviving subjects. Our investigation solved that case with a lot of help …but it also proved that bad decisions from President Clinton, to NOT search the five Saudi’s computers, was fatal to 3000 innocent Americans! Learning to fly but not takeoff or land was ignored by Clinton because he believed Islam to be a religion…fatal is an understatement! But the sanctity of their computers was saved!?
Two big things I quickly learned…
FIRST…Islam is NOT a Religion and has been at war with the World of infidels since Mohamed. It is a state-run ideology that believes Church and State are ONE. Keep that thought in mind! How do I know… I read the Quran for one, and well, they killed 3000 people, and they do NOT believe in the separation of Church and State.
SECOND…Their book of faith, the Quran, DEMANDS that and much more. Most of the rest of their beliefs are against our laws…starting with the separation of Church and State, honor killings, females have no rights when it comes to children for starters and if caught outside with no head cover, they should be killed on the spot…I witnessed that myself! …
Madame AG, how can a Muslim become a US Citizen and then hold office? The oath to become a US citizen demands complete loyalty to the Constitution and Bill of Rights and denouncement to any prior potentate?
Next, in my opinion, any Muslim who then takes their Oath of Office on the Quran is doing just that, pledging their loyalty to Allah…not America?! Check out Omar and her crew.
Here’s what I am leading up to. Obama allowed Muslims to build +/- 50 military training centers all over the country. All law enforcement agencies that tried to get search warrants were denied because they are a religion…religions do not practice military tactics, shoot guns or explosive devices...that is, in and of itself…PC for warrants! Open cases to how many ATF violations there are as well as money coming into what end? Any investigation will show many federal and local criminal acts…where there’s smoke there is fire.
When Comey took over as Director, he finished the criminal violations and went purely security work and built up his own army. They went from the best crime fighting organization to Hunter Gatherers…no arrests, no legal search warrants because they don’t work criminal cases.
Kash Patel cannot be successful without getting all those violations from bank robbery to interstate thefts, fugitive, Top 10 Fugitive and Identification Orders (IO) (wanted posters in post offices), Hobbs Act…many more! They, the Agents, must be able to interact with the population by doing away with the Central Phone nonsense. Get back the Complaint Agents taking calls!!
The difference between the FBI, then and now, is no comparison at all!
Comey admitted lying under oath about leaking info to influence politics and then lied about lying…McCabe lied about leaking, then said Comey “Told me to do it” … (to Congress, under oath) …Comey said …”No I didn’t but I did leak to the Post”. All under oath…who was prosecuted? No one.
Comey should be charged with numerous criminal acts involving himself in the Hillary investigation. He made Headquarters OO (Office of Origin) so he could control the case. He did not make her “Subject” of her investigation. If Hillary isn’t the subject of her investigation …who is?) During her “interview”, whoever did the interview should be fired and then charged with obstruction, tampering, election interference. Hillary lied under oath. Hillary broke every rule/law in the book and walked away …because Comey said so.
If Hillary was granted immunity, it must be withdrawn as there has to be an advisement to her that if she lies, during interview, her immunity is revoked.
FBI Rules and Regs state that no attorneys nor witnesses may be in the interview room with a subject…If Comey kept her name out of the title to help her out, he obstructed justice…How about that …?
This may all be moot as there are no FBI Agents, in my opinion, who have the experience/ability to make any of this right…I cannot stand the fact that the Clintons, Comey and others will probably skate!
